Morristown New Contstuction

For the past several years new real estate construction has choosen to come to Morristown New Jersey. There have been many reasons for this, first of which was that Morristown government wanted it to happen. Because Morristown government wanted it to happen, the developers had a much easier time getting things going.

A little information about the current new contruction projects.

Vail Commons - the least expencive of the three projects priced from 450K -650K this is more of high rise type of condo, with some parking underneath the building and the rest accross the street at Headquaters Plaza. The building is not really a high rise at 6 stories though.

Vail Mansion - middle of the pack when it comes to price. Larger condominiums with 2 bedrooms, and 2 baths, and lots of luxury amenities. Prices go from 700K to 1.2 Million.

Dehart Place - the most expencive of the 3 projects so far. These are condos but they look like row style town homes. These places are huge at over 3500 SqFt. Each has it's own private elevator, and luxury is everywhere. Priced from 1.2M to 1.4M depending on the model and the options.
