Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe - Which Side Will You Choose?
Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe does not follow chronologically with the other games in the Mortal Kombat series. After Shao Kahn's invasion of Earthrealm is defeated by Raiden's forces of light, Raiden destroys Kahn by blasting him through a portal. At the same time on Earth, Superman is seen stopping Darkseid's Apokoliptian invasion by blasting the Apokoliptian god with his heat vision as he enters a Boom tube. These acts do not destroy either of them, but merges them into Dark Kahn, and causes the DC and Mortal Kombat universes to merge. (Continue Reading)

Today Midway announced the complete cast of characters in the epic fighter, Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe. Rounding out the powerhouse line-up are the final villains Shao Kahn, Darkseid, Baraka and Lex Luthor. It would be silly to assume all MK and DC fans would be satisfied by the lineup. - No. MK vs DC is only available for the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 platforms.
- Are the creators of MK vs DC planning to have downloadable content (DLC) for the game?
- Downloadable content has been hinted at by creator Ed Boon, who has stated that they will be updating the game periodically with new content all the way up to the release of the next installment of the Mortal Kombat series. He also hinted at Doomsday and Kung Lao being downloadable characters as well as alternate costumes, and added chapters to story mode.

I just heard some guy on a site say that mk vs dc is going to be the biggest disappointment of the year. This pissed me off.
