- I understand that mortgage refinance is a good option in that time when banks and other loan providing organizations offers loan at record low interest rates as you will be able to save a lot of money through it. In US government has issued a new plan some days ago to help mortgage owners who have underwater mortgages and finding it difficult to refinancing it. It becomes specially beneficial when banks are offering refinancing at record low interest rates approximately at 4%.

- Really great lens, I found it very informative as well as insightful. There are numerous types of mortgages; I recommend thorough research before entering into any agreement with a mortgage company.
