    Hi William,
    all too true! That's why I'm hammering on the possibilities of mortgages for bad credit. Banks have to live, too. They really want to sell new mortgages. That's why new possibilities are opening up.

    Mostly people still consider that they are not eligible for home loan due to bad credit.

    Well, thanks. I think it´s a real problem for real people. It´s easy to say: crisis, what crisis? But when it comes to buying a house, an average person will get nowhere without sufficient credit points. That's why it's important for Joe and Jill Average to be able to find companies that are prepared to give them a mortgage, even though J&J lack the fitting credit.
    I haven't seen any senator, let alone a presidential candidate, standing up for these kinds of people.
