Know everything about potential lenders before applying...
Most mortgage shoppers don't use the internet well when it comes to investigating potential mortgage lenders. I'm not sure why, but a recent study showed that even a cursory read of a companies BBB listing can go a long way toward avoiding trouble.
But most mortgage shoppers don't even do that!
Yikes!
So I've tried to make it easy but consolidating data mortgage consumers can use.
Mortgage consumers can get my opinion on a number of lenders, the BBB complaints and ratings data, all the company contact info, and a list of consumer complaints...all in one review.
BTW, my reviews are not a "Paid Service", so I am not restrained on what I say about each company. I give you my unbiased view on each company...and it can get very ugly!
