Realmortgagenews.com is an excellent resource and apart from the good information it also has a couple of pretty complex calculators for rates and also a couple of specific search tools that will help you quickly find the latest information about particular areas all the mortgage and real estate business.

Robert J. Abalos has a particularly good article on the business. It gives some perspective on the relationship between investors and home builders. It makes for good reading and is certainly worth checking out.

Wesley Behan has a particularly interesting article about a current trend in the mortgage market

Colorado Highlands has an excellent that will give some insight into how pricing in the real estate business works.
