Collectible and Toy Mother Gothel Dolls and Figures
While there are already over a dozen different Rapunzel dolls, there are a very few Mother Gothel dolls yet available, just one plastic figurine and an exclusive limited edition doll. This is a tragic loss - Mother Gothel is an amazing character who makes a splendid collectible figure... or dramatic toy! (Update: and finally, an affordable 12" Tangled Mother Gothel Doll!)
The official Mother Gothel Limited Edition Doll was brought out by Disney Store, but all 1500 dolls sold out within a day in the US, and the UK, and it is now only available on eBay. The plastic figurine is part of a set and readily available. The 12" doll is a less fancy but similar version of the 17" limited edition doll.
Otherwise, there are only a few unofficial versions, and this page collects the few choices available - from the unique and custom made, to the cheapest official version. Brand new, or second hand, you can find them here. And definitely take a look at the amazing customized OOAK tonner dolls!

Mother Gothel Limited Edition Doll
Limited edition of 1500 Mother Gothel Dolls - Exclusive to Disney Store
The Mother Gothel Limited Edition Doll was released in Disney Stores in the US on March 29th, the same day as the Tangled DVD release to select Disney Stores in Canada and the USA and directly from DisneyStore.com. It was very hush hush, and was meant to be a surprise along with the release (a 'Secret Street Date').

How does she differ from the limited edition version? Well, her red dress isn't patterned, or studded with sparkly bits, and her cloak and gown appear to be made of a cheaper, lighter polyester fabric, rather than heavy embroidered brocade and velvet.
She doesn't have as much hair, her cloak doesn't trail out behind her, and she doesn't have long draping sleeves. Her belt also only has one hanging length down the front...
Funnily, she's slightly more accurate to the original character! But less fancy and finely crafted.
She's safe for kids and durable, as well as being fully posable, and matches the Disney Store Original Tangled Classic 12'' Rapunzel and 12'' Flynn Rider Doll Set

She does appear in the The Art of Tangled book, obviously, and she may appear in the various Rapunzel storybooks, but so far, she has nothing to herself.

The full set includes: Mother Gothel waving a hairbrush (same pose as the larger maquette), Flynn standing and pointing/waving a finger, Flynn standing with his arms crossed, Pascal being happy, Pascal being angry, Maximus standing still, Rapunzel standing and brushing her hair, and Rapunzel head-and-shoulders wrapped in her hair.

Regular price of 10,000 yen (tax included) (about US$123) and 'Their' price 7,350 yen (tax included) (around around US$90).
NOT including shipping. I do not know if they ship overseas, and if you have to pay tax if you aren't in Japan.

About the OOAK Mother Gothel Doll
I don't think she sold when she went on eBay - contact the creator if you're interested. The price was around $400 or so, as I recall.
Currently, there is no official Mother Gothel Tonner doll, although there is a Rapunzel on pre-order.
This exclusive doll was, I am very honoured to say, referenced from my Mother Gothel Costume information - but I would feature her here anyway, because she is just so impressive. Bellatrix Lestrange is a limited edition of 1000 pieces, and this Mother Gothel adaptation is currently unique.

Madame Alexander Mother Gothel Doll
Durable toys and classic collectibles!
While there isn't a Disney-version Madame Alexander Mother Gothel doll, there is the pre-existing doll, no longer sold new, but still available on eBay. It is almost always paired with the larger Rapunzel doll. The 'Rapunzel and Mother Gothel' pair are No. 1539, and part of a limited series of 3000.
New Tangled-style Rapunzel dolls have come out in the Madame Alexander line, so there is hope for Mother Gothel yet!
