Mother Of All Parties

The secret to holding a successful party is planning. And if you are planning a big party the sooner your preparations begin the easier it tends to get.

Firstly lets look at the elements that combine to make a successful party.

Firstly there is the reason for the party. It is usually a person, or an occasion, or both.

Then we have the venue. Often the venues available will dictate the size of the party unless you are prepared to get very unorthodox and a little imaginative. The garden full of furniture, for example.

Once we have these two elements we can comine the third element, the potential birthday party guests. We consider their natures, their temperaments, and decide who is suitable and who may be better suited to a different occasion. After all, we dont want our party guests to not get along, do we.

Once we have these three elements we can get into the nitty gritty of planning the mother of all parties. Did I say elements I perhaps should have said that they were ingredients. Which almost makes a successful party a bit like baking a cake.

And we all like a nice cake that looks great, dont we?

So as we can see from the picture above, our party girl is well advanced with the planning for her party....or is that a cake?
