    I've not listened to motivational radio for a long time ... need some motivation to get me tuned in again! We all can use daily inspirational motivation I think. ;)

    You had to have some reason to have this person on your show, so presumably you know something about them, but the more you know, the more likely you are to get the kind of interview you want. You don't need to know what kind of tea the drink (unless you are interviewing them in person) but you do need to know about the subject you will be asking them about. Listen to other interviews they have done if you can. Read their book, or at least a synopsis. Check out their website. Who is this person, and what do they have to offer to your audience?

    Wonderful lens Jennifer. This is a great way to give an overview of what is happening with the station. It is very exciting to be on this team and to facilitate the spreading of all this great information to an ever growing audience.

    What a wonderful way to show the world our station and all the encouragement we can share, it's not about us it is about how we deliver our content. We have so many great shows part of our team, which give so much back to everyone. Listeners get to win cash too which is quite cool.
