Best Way To Download Movie On Your Ipod

Downloading movies on your Ipod is easy once you know how.  The Ipod currently supports H.264 video up to 320X240 and mpeg-4 video up to 480X480.  QuicktimePro can convert existing videos easily, but the hard part is converting your DVD collection to a supported Ipod format.

This is so easy this article probably won't even be long enough for anyone to publish.

Your first step is to go to Apple's website and download and install iTunes. iTunes is a free download so put your wallet away.

Next step, once you have iTunes installed you need to import the video file you want to convert into iTunes video library. Copy the DVD to a .mov file into your hard drive then drag it into your iTunes video library.

Now that you have imported your movie into the iTunes Library you should see a small thumbnail of it in your video library. Hard part done. Now right click on the video you would like to put on your Ipod and click "Convert Selection For Ipod".

Your almost there, just hold your horses. All you need to do now is wait for iTunes to convert your file to Ipod format. This can take just a few minutes to up to 20 minutes or so. Once its finished converting your file you will see a new thumbnail in your video iTunes library.

Now just sync up and transfer the movie over.

Congrats, now wasn't that easy?

Now go get your entire DVD collection and sit in front of your computer for the next 30 days and get all those movies converted so when your sitting totally bored at work you always have your entire video library in your back pocket.

How do you like your Ipod?
