Topping up your online account with either site is easy, safe and secure. You need to top up your account before you can buy music. Once you're account has some cash in it, you can start buying mp3s. You use the money in there until it runs out, then top up more. It's not a monthly, fixed thing, you can replenish your account only if you want to. And when you want to.
