The Potato Heads are now wearing NHL Hockey and NBA Basketball uniforms!
I can remember back when Mr. Potato Head was made with real potatoes as you'll see in the vintage video footage below. They look so strange now that I'm used to the new plastic spuds. But at first, it seemed unnatural to me when they made the body of the potato plastic. I'll bet Moms all over were happy to have their potatoes for dinner rather than lost in the bedrooms of their children, and found weeks later.
