Get More For Your Online Shopping Dollar With Mr. Rebates!
This is a concept that's time has come! With e-commerce becoming the norm it's a natural. In today's economic times, a penny saved is a penny earned right? Mr. Rebates concept is easy. You purchase from the online shops you already shop from with an added bonus: you get Cash Back Rebates by shopping thru your Mr. Rebates website versus going directly to the merchant's site. It's one extra step that can add up to 1-30% cash back in your pocket, payable to you by Paypal.
It gets even better as we will highlight here. Your Cash Back Rebates add up to extra savings for you on the online shopping you are already doing.
Plus the best part. It's FREE to participate! Free is always good right? So....let's talk about Mr. Rebates!
How Mr. Rebates Works

You can visit the Mr. Rebates website and get signed up and started today. The website link is below. All you do is provide your email, confirm your membership and then complete your profile once you login to your Mr. Rebates website for the first time.
When you are ready to shop, you would go to your Mr. Rebates website versus going straight to the merchant's site. That's because the system tracks your spending and credits your Cash Back Rebates to your Mr. Rebates account.
As you shop from the over 2,000 online stores in the program, many of which you already know and may buy from, your Cash Back Rebates add up over time. Transactions can take up to 7 days to post into your account after the merchant ships what you purchased. They will be considered Pending Rebates until such time as they become Available Rebates (meaning you can withdraw them). It can take up to 90 days for the rebates to show as Available. While the wait may frustrate some, think of the extra 1-30% you are putting back in your pocket for shopping you are doing anyhow.
Once your balance in your Available Rebates exceeds $10.00, it's simple to cash out and request a payment from them by Paypal.
But it gets even better. You can also refer others to the program which enhances your earnings potential and builds more cash back for you. I have been rather successful at this and can teach you how to do the same.
So what are you waiting for? Please read on and join me at Mr. Rebates! I am always here to help you along and welcome you to the saving and earning group.

It's just an added bonus for sharing this great concept!

There are also flyers and business cards that you can access through your Mr. Rebates site to share with everyone you know. It's fun, it's easy and it's FREE! A Small Sampling Of Mr. Rebate's Stores
I Love Being A Shopping Savvy Mama!

Okay, so I admit it. I'm a shopper! Not one of those born to shop shoppers who go deep into debt and has to have all the labels. I do indulge in "Retail Therapy" from time to time though. But overall, I would class myself as a sale and comparison shopper.
We all shop. Some more than others. Some love it, some don't. I happen to love it as I've been a bargain hunter all my life. I love the word "Clearance" and seeing percentage off sale signs. I am willing to take a couple of extra steps to find the best deal. Corporate America has enough money in their pockets and to me it's worth trying to get the most "bang for your buck" as they say.
It wasn't always necessary for me to do so but I'm glad I was always a bargain shopper from early in my life. I remember summers before going back to High School. My parents would give us money and let us go to the local mall and buy our new school clothes. I could make those dollars go further than most of my friends ever could. That's not to brag as it was just the way I was. I dressed just as nice as everyone else did but got more for my money.
When my son was small, I was able to support us on this trait or talent if you will for quite awhile while my son needed some therapy and I couldn't work a 9-5 job. Ebay, Amazon and Half.com got in my blood. I was picking up some awesome clearance deals and specials (both online and offline) and profiting from them. It kept us going through a time in our lives when perhaps we would have otherwise suffered financially. My son, like me, has become a bargain shopper. During his younger years he spent many days clearance shopping with Mom so she could sell online and make extra money. He's actually great at it and I'm glad he will grow into adulthood with that ability. The poor child probably had no other choice but to become a shopper too as the son of a single Mom but hopefully someday the woman in his life will appreciate that talent. Most women always say how their husbands can't stand to shop so my son won't be the norm.
Being a single Mom in today's economy, it's a necessity that our family budget goes as far as it can. It means more savings for those extra things. It's not that I'm cheap because I'm not. My son and I wear name brands, consume name brands, eat name brand foods etc. We just get a better deal on them. A little bit adds up to a lot and over time it's how I am able to afford our Summer vacations and the extras in life that our normal family budget wouldn't otherwise stretch far enough for.
Years back, I became involved in a business that intrigued me that centered around online shopping, earning cash back rebates and referring other shoppers to save also. While I didn't remain in that business, the concepts and savings tips I learned really simplified my life. I discovered that you really can save money shopping online. When you harness the power of the world wide web for your shopping, you never have to leave the comforts of home and it's so convenient!
Why do I love shopping online?
You save gas, money and time. Your time has value too! The only true way to beat the stores is run from one store to another shoppping sales. It is time consuming and much easier to do with a few clicks of a mouse.
Today, you can find just about everything excepting most perishible items online at comparable and sometimes even better prices. Online shopping is great for the merchant too as they save on the expensive costs of storefronts, employees and employee benefits etc. Shopping online across state lines is often tax free and many merchants offer free, flat rate or reduced shipping to get your business.
Using the savings tips I've learned about online shopping in combination with my quest for a good deal, I am able to purchase most everything I need and get it delivered right to my doorstep. The UPS Man or the Fed-Ex guy do most of the heavy toting so I can save my energy for a real workout at the gym.
With the concepts I've learned, I can buy just about anything and often times get free shipping, reduced shipping or discounts and cash back rebates that are so great they offset the shipping costs. I have bought just about everything online from small items to larger like furniture and even purchase my office supplies for my business online, always with free or reduced shipping and often a cash back bonus as well.
By not going to the store, I am not falling prey to impulse buying. Retailers are experts on designing a store plan that feeds and encourages your impulse buying from the time you enter until the time you leave. All the items are strategically placed to encourage a customer to spend more. Likewise, when you take a child shopping you always wind up with more than you went to the store for. At my computer, I click, shop, pay and am out the door without leaving my computer desk or debating with my child about why he can't have that candy bar strategically placed by the cash registers.
Mr. Rebates and Retail Me Not are a major part of my online shopping savings and earnings plan. I will be sharing more in the future and you can always hook up with me online to find out more.
I use a handful of programs including Mr. Rebates to always get the best deal and most for my money. You can learn more about those in related lenses.

Shopping Savvy Mama Recommends Retail Me Not
Retail Me Not is a great website that functions similar to a search engine but for online stores. It's very user-friendly. You put in the store you want and it provides you with a list of available online coupon codes, discount codes, buy one-get one free codes, free shipping codes, bonus item codes and more.Retail Me Not claims to have coupon and discount codes for over 50,000 online stores. Most of them you use when ordering online but there are also some printable coupons you can take to the stores should you be going physically there.
I always navigate around carefully, checking expiration dates and purchase conditions, then weigh out what works best for me. When I'm using Mr. Rebates for instance, I check their coupons, compare to Retail Me Not and see where I get the best deal and am able to overlap on some.
Sometimes the codes do not always work which can be frustrating. But the savings you often receive can be fantasic and to me, it's worth the little bit of frustration every once in awhile to get a great deal.
Here's one example of how I used these combined to my benefit. I recently shopped for office supplies from a nationally known retailer. At first, I put in my order, just what I wanted and then I began looking at their mail circular and the online coupons. At that point, the order totalled a little over $162.
I found several coupons that worked in conjunction with each other when I entered the code at checkout. I used their sales catalog in the mail to get the lower advertised prices in there versus on the site (by keying in the slightly different product number) and adjusting my order.
I then found a coupon code online for buy one-get one free on reams of white copy paper so I took advantage of that.
Additionally, there were two other buy one-get one items I found that were within the conditions and time of my order so I used them.
The merchant had a $25 off $125 coupon code on Retail Me Not which I inputted and the computer took.
Then I spotted an additional code for a really nice business set - an attache case, pencil case and pretty portfolio. My order complied so it took that one too!
Based on my order and proximity to a local store, they allowed me to opt in for Free Delivery from the local store versus shipping it to me from the warehouse. Zero shipping costs!
Total retail value with the bonus item (which sold on the website for $63) was over $200. I paid at checkout $73-something.
Cash Back Rebate was almost 10% of that $7-something.
This Shopping Savvy Mama was happy!
I hope you enjoy Retail Me Not and use it often! You will be amazed at the savings you can often rack up. Happy Shopping and Good Luck Saving!
