The author of this book suffered from acne for many years and worked on a way to clear his own skin by researching the latest in nutrition and supplements. If you've often thought that in this day and age something like acne should have a cure, then you will be pleasantly surprised to find that it does, and that it is very simple too!

Mr X Acne describes which 3 foods you must avoid to remain acne free, and he also recommends 3 "super supplements" that work to manipulate your hormones totally naturally so that acne cannot occur.

Mr X Acne is anti-acne products and believes that the companies who sell them are purely out to make money, rather than clear people's skin. But he does recommend one cleansing ingredient near the end of the book that is just a kitchen commodity (costs pennies) which is more effective for acne than most $100 cleanser systems on the market. This book is worth the price just for this one piece of information alone.

Overall, Mr X Acne is easy to read and the information should be applied right away for fast results. He basically shows you an incredibly effective and natural way to clear your acne and solve other skin problems like excess oil or overly dry skin. It is a new approach that is different to others on the market and comes with my highest recommendation.
