MS and Diet - Closely Related

MS and Diet are generally regarded as being closely related. I have recently been reading up on the findings of Doctor Robert O Young, a leading biochemist and nutritionist who has made some remarkable discoveries about how the human body is affected by acid and alkalinity

MS and Diet - Dr Youngs' Findings

Perhaps one of Doctor Young's most well-known discoveries is his theory of the cause of obesity. He has shown that fat is actually an over acidification problem which means that the body creates fat cells to carry acid away from your vital organs so that these acids don't literally choke your organs to death. His findings conclude that fat is actually a response from the body to an alarming over acidic condition.

MS and Diet - Fatigue

Fatigue is one of the major symptoms of an over acidic body and is also as you are probably aware one of the main symptoms of multiple sclerosis. Doctor Young says that the pH level (the acid-alkaline measurement) of our internal fluids affects every cell in our bodies and that extended acid imbalances of any kind are not well tolerated by the body. A chronically over acidic pH corrodes body tissue and slowly eats into the 60,000 miles of veins and arteries, and if left unchecked will interrupt all cellular activities and functions.

MS and Diet - Hydrate Your Body

Essentially what he is saying is that over acidification interferes with life itself, leading to all sickness and disease. The solution therefore is to correct the pH level in your body by creating an advanced internal alkaline environment. He uses the analogy of a fish tank and a sick fish to provide a simple example. If a fish is sick the solution is generally to change the water, not treat the fish, and in a similar way we must treat the fluid that our organs exist in by hydrating our body with alkalizing water.

MS and Diet - Begin to Reverse Multiple Sclerosis

For further information on how to treat the root cause of multiple sclerosis and not the symptoms please visit my website at Treatment for MS This is contrary to conventional medicine, and to what you have probably been told by your doctors but the principles are sound and the methods are completely natural.

If like me you have multiple sclerosis you have nothing to lose by having a look at these groundbreaking techniques. You will become healthier, fitter and have more energy, and I have personally reversed a number of my MS symptoms by following his advice. Alternatively have a look at the book Reverse Multiple Sclerosis

I am not a doctor and before undertaking any diet or fitness regime you should always consult your physician. These are things that have worked for me personally which I thought were worth sharing.

These are other lens you will find informative.

All of these lens focus on a different aspect of MS and I hope you will find something useful in them.
