Have you noticed the new trend or epidemic in teenage girls??? You may not be aware but Muffin Tops adolescent girls!!! Don't believe me.....take a walk through the mall and you can easily spot muffin top girls. They are the girls with jeans that are a couple of sizes too small which results in there belly flab hanging over there jeans. It is quite a site and can't be missed.

Muffin Top Nation is a word used to describe the fat that hangs over the top of the jeans (and often seen hanging out under the edge of a shirt...), leading to the "muffin top" shape. It is most often caused by females wearing tight fitting, low-rise/hip-hugger pants.

This ugly phenomena shouldn't be blamed on the girls. Most of these girls are not even fat! It's that awful cut of pants that makes even non-existing fat spill out. Finding a decent pair of pants is so hard!
