Finding a source for purchasing multi level marketing leads is incredibly easy. Just perform a search with your favorite search engine and you will find more sources of MLM leads than you can possibly use.

But before you dive in and spend your hard earned cash, here are a few tips to help make the process less confusing and hopefully save you a few bucks as well.

TIP #1 - Make Sure The Leads Are Compatable With Your Business Type
Remember that your main goal is to find the most qualified multi level marketing leads for your business. The phrase business opportunity covers a lot of ground and means different things to different people. Don't be afraid to contact the company and ask them what types of business opportunities the leads are interested in if it's not mentioned.

Tip #2 - Know How Many Times The Leads Have Been Sold
It's important to know this so you know if and approximately how many times your multi level marketing lead may have been contacted before. Previous contact is not necessarily bad, but you do want to be aware if the mlm lead has been contacted.

Tip #3 - Know The Age Of Your Multi Level Marketing Leads
The older the lead, the more times that they may have been contacted. Again, aged leads are not bad, but you want to know what you are dealing with before you begin contacting your lead. An older multi level marketing lead may fit you budget better and you can have very good results by using them.

Tip # 4 - Know How You Will Be Contacting Your MLM Leads
Before you purchase any leads determine, if you are going to contact your leads by e-mail or by phone. E-mail leads, (often called autoresponder leads) are normally much lower in price, but you will find it more difficult to get response due to spam filters, changing e-mail addresses, etc.

If your contact method will be by phone, ensure that the phone number and contact information has been verified. This will assure that the prospect is really interested in what you have to offer.

Tip #5 - KNOW YOUR BUSINESS
This is probably the most important tip of them all. Before contacting any purchased multi level marketing lead make sure you know everything about your businesses products, comp plan etc. You will not be able to establish the neccessary trust if you stumble around when asked questions about your offer.

Having the ability to quickly connect with multi level marketing leads from all walks of life is an extremely valuable skill to have. Some network marketers seem to be naturals at connecting with people while others struggle mightily. The good news in all of this is that this is a skill that can be developed over time.

Anyone who has become successful in the network marketing industry has had to become comfortable with talking to their MLM leds. I know that I used to approach this with all the enthusiasim of getting a root canal! So don't feel like you are alone if you are not as accomplished at this skill as you would like. 1) Ask your MLM leads questions and really LISTEN to the answers. Listen to what they say as well as how they say it. You will gain tons of valuable insight that can help you establish that connection that you are looking for. Making three-way calls with a more experienced member of your team can help guide in the types of questions to ask.

2) Match your leads speaking style. If your prospect has a slow style of speaking, adjust your speaking style to match. If he or she has a quick and efficent pace, match your pace to theirs. Pychologists have found that that people feel more comfortable( and are more open) with strangers that they perceive to be like themselves.

3) When your multi level marketing lead voices a legitimate objection, agree with them! This is very disarming since they expect an argument. Insted agree with their objection, re-frame it and offer a solution.

For Example: Your mlm lead says: "I'm not sure that I know enough people that would join me in thie type of business".

You Respond: "You're right Mary. If you are like most my successful team members, you probably don't. That's why we have developed some highly effective marketing tools to help you expand your business".

These are highly effective techniques for building trust and rapport with your multi level marketing leads, and can substantially increase your sponsoring success. Use them often and watch your business grow!

You have just started your MLM/Network Marketing business and you are raring to get started and share your opportunity with the world by purchasing a list of multi level marketing leads. You quickly find out that fresh MLM leads can cost as much as $4.00 each. You quickly calculate that it will cost you $400.00 just to talk to 100 people about your business. OUCH!

Are these leads worth the money? Well, that depends. If you are an experienced network marketer then the freshness and quality of these leads can provide you some great results. If you are new and not as skilled at talking to people then these leads can be a huge waste of money. As a newcomer to this business you may have to stumble your way through a few hundred calls before you gain enough practice with your pitch to get to come across as confident and comfortable to your prospects. If you do the math, you will see that you can spend a substantial amount of money before you can begin attracting these multi level marketing leads into your business.

So what is the solution?

There is a very high probability that these same high dollar leads will be resold as aged leads for a fraction of the original cost. The difference between the leads is basically the age. Aged leads will be around 7 - 14 days old, will have been contacted a number of times before you contact them. Is this a problem. Not neccessarily.

There are two very important things to consider when using aged leads.

1) Not every opportunity is right for everyone. When these prospects were contacted before the opportunities that were presented may have not been a good fit for them

2) Not everyone is as charming as you are! The prospect may not have felt comfortable with the other people that contacted them. Would you like to go into business with someone you didn't feel right about? Neither would I.

The bottom line on the fresh versus aged multi level marketing leads is this. The fresh leads are well worth the expense if you are ready for them and can make the best use of them. Until then stick with the cheaper aged leads while you gain experience and confidence. As your skills increase, start mixing in the more expensive leads with your aged leads. You quickly figure out the balance that works best for your business and budget.

Remember that as you get better, your leads will get better, regardless of whether they filled out a form today or two weeks ago.
