I have never been a very big guy so I have tried many ways to gain weight and muscle. I have spent more time on building my body than most people spend on watching tv. I hope you bare with me for this review as im not much of a writer. I have recently been testing the new muscle advance high protein powders and this is my review.

Muscle Advance Review

The Muscle Advance protein powders consist of 2 different protein powders. They both claim to help you to build lean muscle and increase your weight.

To be able to build muscle and get rid of the fat you need a constant healthy diet with lots of protein. The more energy you use when you work out the more demand for protein. The quality of the protein you get is just as important as your training. This is where the Muscle Advance products shine.

The first protein powder is called Muscle Advance Whey Protein.
It will give you 51g of protein, 240 calories and 3g carbs per serving and 100 % Ion-exchanged whey protein is used. I used the chocolate flavor (very delicious) and drank it as a milkshake. I drank one shake for every work out during my "review month". The complete nutrition facts can be found here.

The second powder I tested was Muscle Advance Weight Gainer.
When I started out I tried to eat as much food as possible to gain weight and muscle but I quickly learned that this didn't work. To gain muscle you have to train right and eat right. As most bodybuilders know, what you eat is very important and crucial to your success. I used the Muscle Advance Weight Gainer as a milkshake between my normal meals to help maintain protein synthesis and after working out to help me recover. I also drank one 30 minutes before I went to bed.

To good thing about both of these supplements is that it was really easy to stay away from all the "bad food" since these kept me full and happy. I have now tested this for a month and I am really happy with the result so far. I have gained weight while I still have the same fat lever as before. This means I have gained pure muscle. I will keep using both of these Muscle Advance powders as long as I work out.
