Learn how to gain Muscle Mass
Start out by writing down your goals and picture where you see yourself in one year. Once this is done it is time for action. To build muscle fast there are several things, which have to occur:
1)The proper type and amount of exercises based on your goals;
2)The proper amount of rest;
3)The proper diet; and
4)The right motivation.
To build muscle fast you must use exercises, which will continually rip and shock your muscles into new growth patterns. Our muscles adapt to any stress placed on them. If you only do dumbbell flies for your chest you will soon notice that your chest will have reached a plateau and won't respond with any significant gains. The secret is to mix up your routine continually in the correct way to force your body to grow.
Plenty of rest is also vital to building muscle fast. This not only relates to the required 7-8 hours sleep a night, but also includes increasing the time between training the same body part. Your muscles don't grow when you train; only when you are resting. If you workout the same body part more than once a week you will not gain new muscle mass.
To build muscle fast your diet needs to be right. As you break down the muscle fiber you must provide it with the necessary nutrients to accelerate and enhance growth. You need the right amount of protein, carbohydrates and fats at the right time and in the right amounts in order to grow. This is best done by eating five smaller meals a day.
Without motivation you will fail to build muscle fast. A great self-motivator is to follow your progression in the mirror - that's right, take a good look at yourself! As you see the positive, progressive changes in your physique it will make you more determined to get to the gym and work hard. Figure out your own motivator and get to the gym and train.

I am amazed that some people who read this book don't "get it". If you are not making gains on this system..you are not trying.
This is the best book on strength training ever written. It tells the truth on how to actually get bigger and stronger.
I speak from 20 years of training experience and as a competitve bodybuilder. This is the text I wish I had read when I started training in 1975.
I spent years wasting my time with 6 days a week training. What a waste. 60 sets of chest...60 sets of legs..3 times a week! The only way I could do it is work and live in the gym (and I did for 10 years)..and I still never got "big" like I wanted. In 18 years of full time lifting I gained about 25lbs, with 15 inch arms.
If you only owned one book about training this would be it.
99% of most "authorities" and personal trainers do not understand proper training or how to make real consistent progress.
I made more gains in 6 months on this program than I had made in the last 10 years. I figured I was "doomed" to be 160lbs to 165lbs forever. Muscular, but still only 165 lbs (for over 15 years despite lifting daily). This book took me to 189lbs in 6 months. No bull, no nonsense. My arms are now 17". You can do it too!
I never thought I could get any bigger..I thought I had "topped out" years ago..I was wrong. Get this book. It's for real.
Eat Right To Fuel Your Muscle Build!
Our body is a complex organism and relies on receiving the correct nutrients to function properly. If we eat a diet consisting primarily of processed foods we aren't giving our body the nutrition it needs to perform at it's best. If you follow this type of diet you will notice an increase in lethargy and obesity. There is no easy way to say it other than if you eat crap you will perform like crap.
Our muscles main source of growth producing potential comes from protein. Protein can be found in a number of different food groups and shouldn't be limited to any one. You need to use a varied amount of protein sources so that your body can learn to assimilate these at a much higher rate.
Meat is a good example of a food that builds muscle. It is high in protein and has been the staple of many a bodybuilders diet for a long time. The only problem with having red meat as your main source of protein is its harmful effects. Hence you need to vary your source of protein. One ounce of meat contains approximately eight grams of protein.
Eggs are another example of foods that build muscle. You should eat eggs without the yolk as it is yolk that contains the harmful things we don't need to eat.
Try supplementing your meals with a protein shake; containing about twenty-five grams of protein per serving. It is advisable to eat five small meals throughout the day instead of the customary three large meals. The general rule of thumb for calculating the correct amount of protein to ingest is one gram of protein per pound of body weight. There are a multitude of other foods that build muscle.
The easiest way for you to ensure that you are getting the right muscle-building nutrition complimented by the right workout routines, is to research a program that offers both of these. That way you will take the guess work out of your training.

Bodybuilding is a form of body modification involving intensive muscle hypertrophy; an individual who engages in this activity is referred to as a bodybuilder. In competitive bodybuilding, bodybuilders display their physiques to a panel of judges, who assign points based on their appearance. The muscles are revealed through a combination of fat loss, oils, and tanning (or tanning lotions) which combined with lighting make the definition of the muscle group more distinct.
People well-known for being bodybuilders include Arnold Schwarzenegger, Lou Ferrigno, and Charles Atlas. Currently, Dexter Jackson holds the title of Mr. Olympia, as the world's top bodybuilder.[http://www.firstcoastnews.com/sports/news-article.aspx?storyid=131022&catid=14 Jax Native is World's Top Bodybuilder]
