Do you want to get the most out of your muscle building training? If you do then I highly suggest you stick around for a couple of minutes. Below I have outlined some very effective methods for getting fast muscle gains as well as my favorite muscle building training program.

The first thing you need to realize is WHY you are working out. The whole point of working out is to tear as much muscle fiber as you can. The more muscle fiber you break down the more potential your muscle will have to rebuild stronger and larger.
With that said, here is a great way to maximize the amount of muscle fiber you tear with each repetition:
Beginning in the starting position, take 4 entire seconds to slowly lift the weight to the point where your target muscle is fully contracted. Hold this position for 2 seconds. Now take another 4 seconds to lower the weight back to the starting position.
This method has given me explosive results in my training.

Stay Away From Supplements

Okay, this may not be a technique, but it needs to be said. Stop wasting your money on supplements. They NEVER give the results they promise and any gains you DO experience are very short lived.
Here is what you need to gain lean muscle:

-Food (and lots of it)
Anything else is just going to mess with your diet and drain your bank account.

We all know that protein is the building block of muscles. It amazes me when guys don't put enough in their body to achieve the results they desire!
To get the most gains with your muscle building training, you need to be sure your body has all the supplies necessary to build all the muscle. This is why I suggest you consume 1 gram of protein for every pound of body weight.
This may seem like a lot (it is) but it is actually easy to do if you get some whey protein powder.
