***Fat Molecules***
As people say, everything is good in consideration. This is true about eating fat. Fat should only consume roughly 10-20% of your total caloric intake. The worst fat type is saturated fat. Beta Alanine is one that is produced by humans. Amino acids that humans do not produce must be obtained from an outside source such as food and nutrients.
Scientifically, beta Alanine is the rate limited precursor to the production of carnosine. Carnosine in athletes has been associated with decreased fatigue and increase in muscular work. This can cause increased muscle strength and gains. Supplementing with beta Alanine has been proven to increase the amount of carnosine in the muscle during a workout. When your muscles are running low on carnosine then you can start to feel fatigue and cramps/pain. Beta Alanine increases your muscular tone and endurance by providing your body with more readily available carnosine.
Caffeine:
Caffeine acts as a stimulant in the human body. Caffeine has been scientifically proven to increase focus and concentration. When working out, focus is an important factor to consider. The more focus you have you give yourself more energy to focus on that last rep to push out! Caffeine gives you the extra concentration to not lose focus and continue with the set!
Caffeine is also known as a thermogenic which means to heat up the body. By heating up the body you activate your body's sweat glands to produce more sweat. The more sweat your produce the more fat you burn which leads to weight loss and a more toned appearance. Jack3d contains an estimated 100mg of caffeine per scoop which is equivalent to an 8 oz average cup of coffee (contains 50mg per 8oz cup of coffee) Caffeine also acts as a diuretic so it is important to maintain adequate hydration.
1,3 - Dimethylamyamine (also known as geranamine, DMAA or methylhexanamine):
This molecule was originally intended to be a nasal decongestant. This molecule has stimulant type effects on the Central Nervous System (CNS). This molecule is known to be more of a stimulant than caffeine. It acts very similar to caffeine. 1,3 - Dimethylamyamine, like caffeine, is thermogenic, a diuretic and a stimulant.
Since it was marketed by pharmaceutical companies, there is a lot known about the side effects of 1,3 - Dimethylamyamine. Some of these side effects can include headache, nausea and stroke. It is important to stay well hydrated and take note of any of these side effects or unusual pain. There is no history or studies that focus on long term usage. This supplement is safe in recommended dosages for short periods of time.
