Regular exercise is Important But most people cannot get the best of it. Inspiration is lacking. At least 27% of the US population said that they do not Exercise because they are lazy. 14% said they dont have the time and they are busy. But thats not an excuse. If you cannot spend 1 hour for yourself a day then you are actually not in the right track. Get some inspirational Stuffs done, like for instance Get a Inspiring trainer like the P90X guy below or Get something which you are interested in. You dont have to get that Body Builder manual and start off with 300 LBS weights. Get runnign. That doesnt take a lot of Equipments, Money or anything extra. A pair of shoes will do great. You are shy and dont want to go running outside ? Try a treadmill... Ok you dont have the Space to put that or the cash to Buy one? Cool Get a skipping rope and a push up pull up bar. A pair of dumb bells and thats it. Over all it would cost you around a 100$? Cant afford a 100$? Come on you are not serious.
