When in the gym, I have always prided myself on increasing my strength at every workout without the aid of performance enhancing supplements. I was so stubborn that I would refuse to even think about taking anything, but after 4 straight weeks of the same weights I knew I had to give something a try. My Review of Nitro-Tech Hardcore
Nitro-Tech Hardcore is the best protein, and will take your recovery through the roof.
Post-workout nutrition has always been a big mystery to me. I have tried so many different formulas and concoctions that my body was going crazy. Pretty much the only source of whey protein available to me was anything in stock at my local Wal-Mart. It took awhile for a nutrition store to move into my area, but I am glad one finally did.
