Weight Training, Interval Training variety Build Muscle Lose Fat
If you read any of my other lenses on building muscle and fat loss programs and exercises you should know one thing I believe in is variety.I have never understood people that do the same workouts week after week and month after month. They get minimal results and I have to imagine they are bored to death.
The result from the rise in personnal trainers. Do the same workouts over and over(because they don't know any better) and eventually you'll see your results(longer gym memberships) and (longer contracts with a trainer). My opinion (enough said).
I would like to introduce you to somebody I have recently become aquainted with.
His name is Nick Nilsson.( That's him in the picture). Nick is YES a personal trainer. He is also an author having published 6 Weight Training and Weight Loss books.
Nick has been weight training for 17 years, been a personal trainer for 10 years, a professional fitness writer for 6 years (published in Men's Fitness, Reps Magazine, Muscle & Fitness and on hundreds of websites) and he's got a degree in Physical Education, covering advanced biomechanics, physiology and kinesiology.
