Getting the Muscular Female Body
Now is the time to think big, and the biggest you can think is the muscular female. This is you in the future. A powerful woman. A confident woman. You walk around with an air of confidence. That's what this is about, POWER! For females it is hard to put on the muscles, but dedication always beats out hard things. Dedication is the key to all success
Muscle builds because it thinks it has to. It thinks if it doesn't build, it'll die. That's why we lift weights. We scare the crap out of our muscles in hopes that it'll grow bigger, just to deal with the external pressures you put on them. Understand this philosophy and you'll be putting on muscle very soon.
You are what you eat. The food we eat will determine who you'll become. Start eating smaller meals more often. This will speed up your metabolism and give your body a constant flow of nutrition to rebuild your muscles. This is the key to a good diet. Everyone flows from that.
Consistent dedication. That's the key. Long term success will be determined if you work at this everyday. It's hard, but in this case, hard means a lot of time and dedication. On a day to day basis, it really isn't that hard. It's just something you do. So try it and you'll get the muscular female body you want.
The final step is being consistent with both your workout schedule and your diet. The one factor that will essentially determine if you're going to be successful or a failure will be your consistent behavior over time. If you flake and miss the gym, you'll fail. If you start skipping meals and miss the 2-3hrs thresholds, you'll fail. If you're consistently going to the gym and consistently eating, you will succeed.
