Music Boxes for Christmas

Christmas music boxes add to the festive Christmas decorations. I have several different music boxes that I have collected over the years. Each Christmas I put them out on the tables and shelves in our family room. When my young granddaughters come to visit they head right to the music boxes and ask if they can turn them on. They are always delighted to listen to each of the tunes.

This year I was thinking of a gift that I could give each of my granddaughters and I decided that I would start each of them on a Christmas music box collection. Right now the girls are ages 7,5 and 1 so if I give them a box each year for the next 10-15 years they will have a nice collection to bring with them when they have their own place. In the meantime they will be able to unpack their own special decorations each year at Christmas time.

As I was looking for a music box to choose for this year, I decided to put them all in a Squidoo lens. Which of these music boxes do you think I should choose for this Christmas? Do you think I should give them all the same one or choose a different one for each girl? Remember this is year #1 of the music box gifts.
