THE POWER OF MUSIC

Isn't it frustrating when you feel like expressing yourself to the world through your favorite songs and you feel you can't? A time where everyone can sing and you want to but you can't. You don't have to be like that, what it takes is just a little courage of taking the first step,sing! Believe that you can and you will. I know how you feel, i was in the same spot as you but i was lucky i have a friend who taught me how to believe in me and it made me confident. Singing is part of our language to make others know how we feel. It is a communication skill that we all want to learn because it is fun! It relieves us of our stress thus making us feel good and makes us look younger. If you could learn how to sing ,what would you be doing now,how would you feel? You might be the next american idol for the coming season or be the life of the party! Everywhere in the world everyone is singing so why can't you.In this part of the world,here in asia,most countries have a karoke/videoke player at home or at times we go to a videoke place and sing our heart out. It really feels so good when we let our soul out through a song. We all have that power of music in us just waiting and wanting to be released. All it takes is just one step,just a song, just one song and you will be on your toes singing as much as you want. I will be posting some karaoke/videoke in this lense so you can harness that singing talent you have kept inside of you and see if you have what it takes.

We all know the power of music and we enjoy them. Singing, relieves us of so many things and same as dancing. These mediums where we express ourselves are very therapeutic.It takes away our worries, the problems, the pains and our miseries. It makes us feel positive and we view the world in a better light. We participate and be with the music. Thus, we become the music itself.
Children can also benefit from these. They also have some special needs and they are not excused from the daily stresses of life. They also need to express themselves like we do but at times they lack self esteem. So, it's hard for them to integrate socially. There are children who are so fired up that parents can't seem to control them,running here and there and breaking things along the way, but all they need is to let that energy out of their system to calm themselves down. If children could express themselves in a medium that is playful then their minds would be stimulated and hence would do well in school. Dancing can do that for them and it could also correct their posture by gaining confidence and would develop motor skills and muscle coordination faster.
