I came to this shop with just under £700 to buy a guitar and not only was the 'service' terrible (the man behind the counter asked me to simply 'go' if I wasn't planning on buying anything after trying out only two guitars) but the prices were extortionate. The Music Station is charging almost double what most other shops charge and it seriously lacks the customer service that the others provide. I seriously regret buying from there in the past as the snide comments of the staff don't go down well with me. I'm sure it has good employees that are competent and polite but unfortunately I only met a few of the less savoury ones. If you live in the Highlands look else where for musical instruments and other products.
