Mustard Dreams
Mustard has always held a place of fascination in my eating life. It comes in so many styles, colors and textures that I always have seven or eight different jars of Mustard in the fridge. Sometimes I'll find myself buying a jar of Mustard even if the name and ingredients seem like a bad combination. Who knows what food it will enhance until you get the jar home. I still don't know what Raspberry Mustard will taste good on but I own a jar.
As a kid I loved Mustard and dill pickle sandwiches, I'd always make them on rye bread and have a glass of milk on the side. I remember visiting neighbors for a pizza party and finding one of the cheese pizzas had Mustard dabbed on top, it turned out to taste ok.
