So what is it that I am doing you ask?
Well a friend introduced me to a company called Visalus, I am not one of those people that jump into everything. I have done that and I don't do that anymore. So I said I would give the Body by vi Challenge 30 days, and if it works with my normal routine, then I will look into the business.
So I intend to blog every day for the next 30 days of my supplies, I will tell you what I do and eat, how much I weigh and what progress I am finding; or not finding from the products.
My BIG Question: DOES Visalus REALLY WORK!!!
The Rules:

No special workout programs, I want to test it based on my regular day. I am remodeling a house and I work about 8 hrs a day on that. I spend the rest of my day with family and friends and my general house duties.

Based on a regular day and just replacing 2 meals and some vitamines with the Visauls Body by vi products will it really work

Day 1
I started the program today as it just came in the mail. Now I didn't get the follow the exact program as I started it for lunch and dinner. Not a bad tasting drink. I did a fruit smoothie with some mixed frozen fruit I have in my fridge and it calls for Milk but I am out and so I used tropical juice instead. It was great and I expect I will enjoy drinking these.
Daily Activities:
I hung the new cabinets in a kitchen and put on the new door knobs, I also started to frame in the closet for the master bedroom and did some shopping. No heavy duty exercises.
Day 2
Strawberry Shake for breakfast
Plain Shake for Lunch
Handful of Dried Fruit
3 Drum sticks, and a small bowl of been casserole
Lots of water and a half a bottle of Nero
So Day 2 really blew me away, not with the 4 lbs that I lost, we will see if that holds true again for tomorrow. What Shocked me was that I didn't get hungry at all after my shakes like I did yesterday. Yesterday I ate my 3 snacks, today I only ate1 snack and that was a handful of dried fruit. I am not really feeling any different. I know I am still unable to get my ring off my finger as well.
Daily Activities:
Worked on creating this blog for most of the morning and into the afternoon
Built the Master Closet and shelving
Put up the sheet rock on the new closet
Floated some concrete in the Master bedroom that was too low in the corner, now its level and the carpet guys can install next week.
Enjoyed the fresh smell of rain as it sprinkled most of the afternoon and evening.
Day 3

Dinner - Home Made Fajitas, in a Roasted Tomato tortilla, it was delicious, water to drink and two bites of a cream pie for dessert
Today wasn't my favorite day, the program is going great, however my work at my house totally ate it! I have this old backhoe that I wanted to use well yesterday I go to use it and as I am driving across my yard a hydraulic hose breaks and I took a slimy shower in hydraulic fluid. Well I got the hose fixed and sprayed the backhoe down to clean off the oil and now the darn thing wont start. I worked on it for almost 3 hours and nothing... so lets hope tomorrow is better and that it will run.
The Nero drink is really awesome it really does boost my energy, I can take that and about 20 min later I am full of energy again, so this stuff rocks
Activities : As you guessed I worked on my backhoe, I installed a tower into the Master bedroom closed and finished the trim on the Master closet. I took it easy and was done by like 6, went grocery shopping with my girlfriend and we made dinner. It was a nice relaxing evening.
Day 4

Dinner - This was a pit fall... totally feel fat right now as I sit to write this
OK so I got asked to go to my parents house while they are on a date to watch my little brother who is special needs. I get there and start to make a Broccoli and Cheese Casserole for dinner when my nieces and nephews show up as well adding 3 more plates. Well the story of the Lord blessing the food and feeding the people on bread and fish.. its true. I ended up with extra food for a meal that was to only feed 4 and we fed 7 with left overs.
Now dinner wasn't the bad part, after I made a fresh from the garden strawberry smoothie with buttermilk, agave nectar, milk, and ice. It was a tall 45 oz glass and then i had a slice of a turtle cake. Way rich and great flavor but I should have just stayed with the shake. The pie put me over the edge. I feel like I need to run but I don't think I can even waddle at this point.
Good news is until tonight I have lost 1% body fat so far, my goal is 15% body fat and I am now down too 21%
Actives:
Today I ran a backhoe and tore out a concrete patio, so if sitting on a chair while a machine does all the hard work is call exercise, then I am a fitness freak!!!
Then I primed the new closet I build in the Master Bedroom.
Finished the evening playing WII with my little brother and sweetheart

Today due to the heat I admit that I got hungry and thirsty, I should have had a Nero but totally forgot to come in and have one. Dinner was fun and there would have been dessert but the pie that I left at my families house, well my little brother and sister decided they wanted some and ate 3/4 of the pie. So when I cooked dinner for some friends, there was just enough pie for the guests. Saved me from eating it I guess. All and all it was a very casual day, I wish I would have done more work on the house. The carpet comes in on Monday and I don't have the room totally ready for them.
Activities:
Did some caulking in the master bedroom until I ran our of caulk
Met a few contractors at my house to see about getting a new patio pored
Went garage selling and found a wheeled toolbox that I got for $5

Today was a beautiful day at church, it was even fast Sunday so we were able to hear the testimonies of many in the congregation. I intended on fasting for the two meals, only I forgot early and didn't fast for a purpose so I will fast next week instead and for a specific reason ahead of time. I wills ay that I am glad to see that I am back at the 200 mark. I was talking to my parents last night and I was telling them that for several months I have been 202 to 204. However in the month prior to starting this Body by vi challenge, I climbed up to 207.5 and it seemed I was going to keep climbing, even though I thought I was more active so it should have been going the other way... but it wasn't.
Well it is now, and the cool part is if the trend of a pound a day keeps up I will hit my goal of being back to 180 before the end of the month. Then I will begin the rebuilding and resizing of the muscle as well. After all if I want to have a body like Paul Walker I will need to start doing more than just these shakes.
Activities:
Went to church, made dinner for the missionaries and then went to my girlfriends sisters house so she and her nephew could make cookie while I played with the rest of the kids. She and I then spent the evening talking about plans and how to work things out. All in all this is one of my favorite days as it starts my week of correctly.
Day 7
Breakfast - Shake, plain and it wasn't bad at all

Lunch - Shake, plain again, ( I need to go buy more fruit I am out )

Dinner - Leftovers, a little this and a little that
Snack - Late night Lime Freeze from a fun ice cream shop called Kris & Kates.
I admit that I am dehydrated today, I had other contractors at my house and I didn't dare leave them to go get a drink so I am thirsty right now and feel like a dried prune. I think had I had the breaks I would have eaten a snack as well. Now I have been noticing that my appetite has gotten a great deal smaller. So their appetite suppressor is really working as all I want most times is fruits or vegetables. Then when I do eat, its small portions compared to what people normally eat, what I used to eat that I am sure was part of the reason I was 30 pounds over weight and climbing.
Activities:
Framed in a wall in the basement for the new tank-less water heater.
Worked on caulking all the new trim in the house
Figured out how I am going to do my plumbing and went and purchased the supplies
It was also really hot today, so may have drop weight just from the heat and humidity.
Day 8

Dinner - So busy working I didn't eat by the time I wrote this close to midnight
Today was a long day, I was shocked this morning when I got on the scale and saw that I was 201. When I think back to last night and where that may have come from, I discovered a few possible culprits. First, my dinner was way over portioned, it was enough for probably 2.5 meals so way to much and mostly carbs. Second, I ate 5-6 chocolate no-bake cookies, then that night I had the lime freeze. So I consumed a great deal of sugars and as a result I gained a pound rather than loose a pound.
Activities:
Today was a busy day but not a hard day. I worked on putting in the drain and supply lines to my house, I am updating them with PEX and I just love that stuff.. Had a few delays in getting that accomplished. But I was able to get the drains done, the supply line run to the tank-less water heater, and the manifolds created and put in place. All that's left is to run the lines to the individual units.
The morning was spent volunteering with the Red Cross. I helped about a dozen others make 600 plus sandwiches for today's meals for those that are being evacuated from there homes or are part of a unit that is making sand bags. I love volunteering when i can with them, the situations in which I end up working are sad but I am glad to do it.
Delay In Progress
Well Team... My goal was to do this for 30 days straightThat Didn't Happen!
I got asked to attend our Church's Girls Camp as a Male Adult Leader. So I headed out Wednesday and got back Friday.
It was a blast thought I have to say, I got to sleep in my hammock with my make shift mosquito net, Rode my motorcycle 600 miles and have a real sore hind end. Sat in a Kayak for 8 hrs and went 14 miles on the river. Now that 14 doesn't count the numerous times I wet up river to rescue someone who tipped their canoe and the 10 plus rescues that i did during the day on the river.
But we got many of the girls to swing on ropes, jump off trees and to have a great time that I hope they will all remember.
When I got back, I weighed in at 201 so no major changes there. I am sore though from working so many muscles
Day 9
Breakfast - Shake

Dinner - McDonald's Mc Double (Not my favorite but its what we had to do)
So I am really starting to wonder if this stuff will work for the average person doing their average daily routine. Yes I realize I took a few days off while I went gallivanting across the rivers of Missouri and hearing the consistent chatter of so many Young Ladies. But that doesn't change the fact that I dropped a great deal of weight the first few days... and then its been like maybe half a pound here or there, up and down.
Now I admit that I have 3 more weeks left to test this and I might find I am surprised, and I am glad for the 6 lbs I have lost over the 9 days but not at all what I was expecting.
Now when they sent me the product they did send me a walking list, so maybe part of their program is You Have To Do Something. But that will have to be a test for another time as i have already set the rules of engagement for this test. I think that I am going to need to measure myself, my pants seem to fit better but maybe I am just holding my stomach in.
Activities:
Went to the Church for my assigned clean up day, I admit it was relaxing to be at the church cleaning.
Ran two water supply lines in my house
Went to a garage sell and purchased some fun stuff!
Went to a recital and had a great time watching the various performances.
Surprise for Day 10

So I thought this morning I thought I would measure myself as my weight hasn't changed much and I got a surprise that I wasn't expecting. Before I started the program I measured myself so now at day 10 I measured again and below are the results.
Weight: Start 207.5 Today 200 (7.5 lbs in 10 days.. not bad)
Chest: Start 38" Today 39"
Waist: Start 40.5 Today 36.5 (I've lost 4" in my waist... wow)
Hips: Start 42" Today 41"
So yeah I am wonderfully surprised
Now the day was me fasting as you may have noticed from the menu I ate, as I was fasting about a career change I am looking at making and wanted the Lord guidance on that and another important thing regarding marriage to my girlfriend...but don't tell her that :)
So maybe this stuff is working after all!!!
Day 11
Breakfast - Shake in apple juice I am out of milk

Dinner - 2 helpings of home made red Alfredo spaghetti and 3 garlic breads.... way more than I should of.
I admit that thought I ate two servings of dinner and that I will probably pay for it, the flavor was great and it tasted wonderful. I also had someone tell me that I look slimmer in my face today as well as my skin seems to radiate or glow. I will say that even though I haven't lost a great deal of weight I have feel better, I sleep less than I used to. I am down to 6 hours most days and every so often 8 is needed.

Spent the morning working on my applications for school this fall
Wrote a Motivational essay
Then late afternoon I continued to work on my plumbing in the house
Then went to my parents to have dinner with my Aunt who is in town
Day 12 and a Wedding Ring

Today was a relaxing day, my sweetheart and I went ring shopping almost the entire day so I ended up eating fast food which I don't enjoy much any more. The fun part was looking at all the different stores and seeing what style of ring she likes. When we got to it...she had two and both were so different it was hard to figure out what she likes at all.
Also did a little shopping so I can work on the rest of the plumbing tomorrow
Day 13.... Not feeling so hot
Weight 199I am not even going to do the regular... I was out of juice and milk so I made both my breakfast and Lunch shakes with Water... Don't Do That I don't know if what I experienced was from that but my guess is yes its from the water. Without the milk I am guessing that my calorie intake was so low that my body began to feel light headed and all day while I was working I felt as though I was going to pass out.
By night fall I was getting a heavy head ache. So for a late dinner I ate 3 eggs and a box of Macaroni and Cheese (I know most people say gross) But I wanted a high protein and a high carb in my system and fast. By the time I feel asleep I was feeling better already.
The drink are a low calorie shake already at only 90 calories, so you need the milk to bring it up so that your not starving your body. At least that is my guess. I guess I need to go to the store tomorrow so I can do this right because tonight, I don't feel up to doing anything but resting my beat up body.
Disclaimer: Now there may also be a chance that what I experienced is my body fighting off an actual sickness. I found out today that my girlfriends little body as strep and he and I spend a great deal of time together. So it could also be that.

Finished the plumbing in the house, I found one area that leaks a little so I hope to fix that tomorrow. Now I need to work on the drains so I can actually turn a faucet on.

So today when I was getting things started my girlfriend called me to let me know that her work called her in early and asked if I would come watch her son who was sleeping. Now I love this little guy, he is a blast at 18 months so I said yes.
I get there and as soon as he heard my voice he woke up and came right to me, made my day! With that he and I and his two cousins all hung out for the morning. Yes we went and picked up two of his cousins who wanted to go to the hardware store with me. We then got lunch and rode bikes until their mother got back. I dropped the 3 off and I then went back to work.
Activities:
Had a great day as you can tell, I wanted to get the plumbing all done so that I could turn the water on to the home. Well I thought I had it all done and turned on the water, but for some reason it was continuing to run in the line. after a about 3 min I got worried and started to see if I had faucets on when I went outside and found water on the ground... I don't have a faucet there. I went inside to my laundry room and it was filled with about 2" of water.... I went screaming downstairs to shut the water off.
Apparently with all the excitement I forgot the finish the lines in the laundry, they were stubbed out the wall and had a beautiful fountain running all over my new tile floor. By this time it was after 11 pm so I cleaned up the water, stuck a dehumidifier in the room and went home for the night. I was so tired I forgot to write this last night.
In all the excitement, I did something to aggravate my herniated disk in my lumbar, I have only gone a month pain free and was hoping to go at least a year but it looks like surgery may be on its way.
Day 15 .... Can't I do lipo instead?

You know back pain us just that... A PAIN! Sleep last night was rough with the pain in my lumbar every time I would try and move. So I tried to sleep in only my mind didn't want me to. Come lunch I so didn't want a shake, truth is, I like them but with how I was feeling I wanted something I could lay down and eat.. My appetite is still really small and I feel like my calorie intake is really small but my body doesn't seem to be storing fat, instead its still getting rid of it. I guess we really don't need to eat that much after all.
Activities:
Went and looked at a commercial building for sale for an investment idea I have
Met with a concrete guy to do some work around my house
Call and made an appointment to have by back looked at to see what I need to do to get it taken care of
Finished the plumbing and was able to turn it on.
Took my girlfriend and her son to eat and to the park to play. We had a great time on the twirly slides
We then tried to put him to sleep with out a pacifier... and we failed. He was asleep in our arms but as soon as he hit the bed... woke up and wouldn't go back down till his got that pacifier. Strategy number 467 now in play
Day 16

Dinner - Salad from Chili's
I totally thought after today I would put on some weight, but to my surprise I didn't. So maybe my body is getting adjusted to the new routine and its getting rid of the extra even when I eat tons of extra.
So This morning I met with a contractor on some concrete work I need done around my house. Then I met with a client for almost 5 hours as we discussed where they are wanting to take their business and what we can do to get them there. As a thank you for the time they took me to lunch. I haven't eaten so much food, but when you go to an all you can eat you have to eat!. I normally don't like going to these places as I do eat so often through out the day and I usually don't eat my money worth in food form buffet's, especially pizza ones. So I decided to eat and see what would happen.
When I got home I was 2lbs heavier but by the end of the day, I was back to normal
Day 17 ..... sleeping the day away

Dinner - Mash Potatoes, Pot Roast, Corn. Carrots, Rolls and Juice (Father Day Request)
I was not feeling so hot when I went to be last night and it showed when I stayed in bed until 10 am. When I finally rolled out of bed and took a shower I was still tired and noticed that my throat was a little sore. Only the pain would come and go so it was either on the end of the cycle or the beginning.
Well by the time I picked up my girlfriend and her son and got to church I was on fire. I felt like I had sweat running down my face, arms and back. Her little boy had strep just 5 days ago and maybe the symptoms are now showing up with me. My girlfriend said that my hands were extremely hot. So I went and sat out in the hall for about 15 min and that helped cool me off.
Only then, the wave of sleep hit and I was barely able to keep my eyes open. I was able to take care of my callings but by the last class I was about to crash right there as they were teaching us.
My energy came back just long enough for me to enjoy a Fathers Day meal with my parents and then I hit the floor in the family room and I was out. They said my girlfriends little boy even came and sat on my head while I was asleep and I remember it but was so out of it I don't remember him getting off and I just kept sleeping.
I hope I finish burning this off tonight so that I can have a great day tomorrow, that we can make some progress on my back at the doctors visit and that I will continue to loose weight
Day 18 ... snack my fat off

Today was a really light work day for me, I spent the morning working on my business line of credit. For lunch I mowed my lawn with a riding lawnmower, then late afternoon I had a doctors appointment for my back. I found out that my lower back is swollen and the doctor wasn't even able to feel my spine due to the swelling. I didn't even realize I was swelling, only that I was feeling tight. I also found out that where my hand is hurt I have torn tendons and so she suggested I get a finger brace for that.
Now on another note
I finished my first back of Visalus Shakes today, so it went 18 days of my 30 day challenge. That's pretty good and I haven't gone skimpy on the servings either.
I am also noticing that I don't crave sweets as much and when I do eat them like the brownie last night or today for lunch. I was done with just a few bites. My body is saying, OK that's enough of that not good for you stuff. I still crave it now and then but smaller amounts do the trick. My body is enjoying eating healthier and its been a gradual change.
I have also noticed like the other day with the pizza that my body is adjusting to when I over eat and is still loosing weight at this point. Not that I want to binge but that when I do eat more than needful, my body is getting rid of it because it knows its getting what it needs. That's Cool!!!
Day 19 ... headed the wrong direction

I admit guys that writing this is becoming the same thing every day. How do people do this everyday is a mystery to me!
Spent most of the day driving between different buildings getting things taken care of, my only physical labor was painting trim in my house and cleaning the upstairs.
I will say that after eating the dinner and sugar I feel fat and really heavy. Its amazing how heavy carbs feel in your system.
Day 20.... paying for being cheesy

When I weighed in this morning I realized that my eating the Mac n Cheese and 3 eggs last night is what did me in. I even felt bloated. Sadly I didn't do enough activity today I fear to work it off but then again I have been surprised before.
Tomorrow I get my MRI for my back, hope that goes well, though I am not sure what I would rather have it show.

Well I had my MRI today and I will get to find out the results on Wednesday. That will determine what happens with me from there. I was also hoping to hear from school to see if I got accepted or not. I will have to email my recruiter to see whats protocol for notification.
Today was a big sit at the computer day between my other appointments. I am really hoping to get some work on the house done tomorrow.
Day 22
Weight 195You know the routine for breakfast and lunch only I also ate a cheese wrap for lunch as well. Today the shake didn't quite cover me
Now for dinner, I ate at Taco Bell on my way to watch a Theatre production. 9 To 5. I ate 1 chalupa, then at the show I also had 3 chicken fingers and a small box of fries.
By the time I got home I was over full, I didn't need the extra dinner! When I went to bed I weighed in at 199.... dang that's a lot of stuff in the gut
Day 23 ...... Small Change
Ok lets face it I have fluctuated the last several days up and down, I am noticing that my body has either leveled off or the visalus drinks can only do so much and you have to exercise if you really want to loose any significant weight. My hope was that you could gradually follow the program and loose weight,
What I am finding that at this point if I very from the program anything I eat puts on weight quickly and it doesn't come off quickly. My body has plateaued at having lost right around 10lbs. The shake doesn't seem to be moving at the same pace as it did when I got started. Does it work, yes!
Does it seem to be a miracle drink.... NO! but I still have a few more days so we will see what happens
Day 24....Shake have taught me a lesson
What i noticed last night seems to be holding true, that on the routine that I am on, the diet seems to be having no further affect. I still have several days left on it, but i truly believe that if i just eat better and actually do some exercise I will have the same result.
I totally believe that we eat to much as Americans
Today I went to my girlfriends house and I was going to eat lunch after church. Well I got out a bowl and dished myself some leftovers she had made that morning. A Potato, Peppers, Eggs mix that tasted great. So I started on the bowl and it was the size I would normally have eaten. ONLY this time I got half was through the bowl and noticed that my body was telling me I was full. Now the flavor was great so I wanted to finish the rest that I had dished up but I stopped. Within 10 min, sure enough my body felt full and I was done. Had I eaten the portion I served...
I would have felt bloated and put weight back on. By the end of today and eating well... My weight is 197 not bad!
So One good thing is the shakes have helped me listen to my body better by showing me that we really don't need to be eating so much.
Day 25 .... Will I make my goal?
If you have been following, you know the drill. Shake for breakfast and lunch. only today I didn't ad yogurt with my lunch shake and I ate a bean burrito from taco bell
I admit I was surprised to see that I was 194 this morning. It will be interesting to see what I weigh tomorrow morning, do I go up or down. If I follow trend... I will go up but my hope is that I go down yet again.
My goal was to get into the 180's by the end of the 30 days. My want was 180, and from the start at a pound a day I thought, I will actually hit it. Now I will be happy to just hit 189 within the next 5 days.
I hope I am not asking too much... 5 pounds in 5 days without exercise and doing my regular work routine. Positive thinking. I know I can I know I can I know I can
Day 26.... I wonder?

Breakfast - Shake
Snack - Banana
Lunch - Shake
Snack - Peach
Dinner - two eggs, 1 polish sausage, green onions and southwest BBQ beans
Snack - Glass of Chocolate Milk
Activities: Walmart for an eye exam, I have been having a bit of a headache in my eye, turns out all is well and I show signs of a sinus infection
Took care of a few online bills
Painted the Master Closet Doors
Did more muding on the drywall
Framed in one of the new walls for the basement
Ok so I went up in weight, I would say almost a big surprise. But going up got me thinking. I looked back and compared when I started to now, and I noticed something. I was drinking a great deal more water and I was eating snacks. I haven't been doing either of those the last while. So I remember snacks today I just need to work on the water consumption.
I wonder if that is why I lost the moving forward streak in the dropping weight area.
I may not have mentioned, I have a herniated disk and I get to see a Neuro Specialist for a review. I will say that part of the reason I am doing this is to loose the weight to reduce the pressure on my back so that I can turn the fat I had into the muscle I need to maintain health and hopefully avoid surgery. So far its working, I am able to work longer and longer every day I drop weight, now I just need to begin building muscle as well.
Day 27 .... Water.... water....wat....r

Lunch - Shake and a pear
Snack - Forgot
Dinner - 2 polish sausages, 2 eggs, 2 green onions, 1 cup of southwest BBQ beans, and WATER... Lots of WATER
Snack - Water, Water and I can't get enough water. I may eat an orange when I am done with this
Activities: Built shelved in the new storage room in the basement, painted door vents, Made a frame for the bathroom sink, mudded, cleaned, organized, stair threshold, if there is more I don't remember
Today was a typical hot muggy missouri day. It had to have been 100% humidity and felt like 90 which means it was hot and sticky. It looked like I was sweating like crazy. Well I was and I couldn't get enough water in me. I even over ate just to help with how much I was loosing. To give you an idea, I weighed before I got in the shower... 195.5 I am usually 2lbs or so heavier than the morning. So I should loose a little weight tomorrow morning (if I can just stay away from the ice cream in the freezer.
All in all, it was a good day
Day 28..... Play Ball
Breakfast - shake
Snack - grapes
Lunch - Shake
Snack - Pear
Dinner - 3/4 a small pizza from Little Caesars... it put 2 lbs on me eating that
The entire day I maintained 195.5 no matter how much I ate or drank. I am guessing that is due to our heat and humidity and me working in a non AC house. I got lots done on the house and went swimming with my girlfriend and her son for 2 hrs which was a blast, and then we went to a baseball game, which is where I ate the pizza.
Sadly I didn't go down any and I am trying to eat more but I am not loosing any and I know I can't eat less my calorie intake would be too low that my body would store in fear of a famine.
Day 29.... One day to go
Breakfast - Shake
Snack - none
Lunch - Shake
Snack - mixed bowl of grapes, carrots, and a peach
Dinner - rice with gravy and peas...and a fruit smoothie.
Today was another hot one, with temps in the heat index over a hundred I am sure. So its surprising I am not loosing weight, and who knows maybe I will once it cools down some and my body stops retaining everything I give it. Oh wait... were just hitting summer so never mind :)
The house is almost done which was my goal when I started this, I wanted my 3 bedroom home totally remodeled so that I could move into it. We have done a roof, walls, additions, plumbing, electrical, flooring, sheet rock, counters, cabinets closets, carpet, lighting, foundations, the only thing I haven't changed or updated in the basement floor which if I had the time and money I would do that as well.
Next is the outside of the property, the landscaping, new concrete patio and a new deck, maybe even a retaining wall and new driveway if I am nice and really stretch my dollars.
So yeah I have done a great deal on the home, no I didn't do all that in 30 days, its been over 5 years. I am so looking forward to it being done.
I admit I am nervous about seeing what happens when I go back on my regular meals once visalus is done, will I put the weight back on. I don't want to as I still have roughly 15 lbs more to go that I want to loose. I am just now starting to notice big results. So we will see what happens tomorrow.
Day 30
So I was able to loose 12 lbs over the 30 days. Really that isn't a great achievement, if I just exercise I will loose that much. That being said, I will say that I learned to monitor my portions better. I didn't realize how much I was eating until I did their system. So for that alone I am glad. I have really cut back on my meal sizes and you know, the first few days I was hungry but then my body adjusted and that is when I started to loose the weight.
Tomorrow I plan on measuring myself for a final review and we will see how much in "inches" i have lost as well.
