This is my Bucket List ...
Have you seen The Bucket List movie? It's a wonderful movie about two terminally ill men (Jack Nicholson & Morgan Freeman) who leave their cancer ward behind and start a trip of life experiences and adventures with a wish list of things to do before they "kick the bucket".
Shortly after it's release people started creating their own bucket lists, here's mine...in no particular order.

Scuba diving
I think in a previous life I was a fish...I love looking at things underwater!

#2. See an Elton John Concert...I have been a huge fan of Elton John for at least the past 25+ years and have never seen him in concert. It's not that I haven't had the chance...it's just something has always gotten in the way. Google Trends...
As you can see from Google Trends bucket lists 1st became hugely popular at the beginning of 2008, most likely with the release of the movie...and have since declined (most likely because we've all seen the movie) BUT...there is obviously enough interest still out there as you can see from the chart...we suspect this is because people are writing and talking about their own bucket lists...the movie got us all thinking about those things we want to accomplish before the end.

#5. See Newfoundland. In my Visit Atlantic Canada lens I mention having gone all the way to Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and PEI on a 1998 trip but that we ran out of time and never made it to "the rock". My husband and his family are from Newfoundland. Lose 50 lbs...hire a trainer, learn how to do it right, keep it off!
I would say my weight gain started in 1995. My father passed away suddenly and unexpectedly. My mother threw herself into her work and my sister grieved in her own way. I was living in a new town, 2-3 hours away from the rest of my family. I was unemployed and my boyfriend at the time (who turned out to be my husband) owned an ice-cream store...and let me tell you there is no better comfort food than 2 scoops of whatever ice cream you want with hot fudge and marshmallow all over it!So, that's where it started...10 lbs became 20 and 20 became 40 and a few years later after a move back home and a career change for both of us, we married and started having children immediately...add on 2 back to back pregnancies and being a stay at home mom for the past 10 years...it's not hard to put yourself last...but it is time I put myself 1st now.

The Titanic
I know, next to impossible but I would visit if I could...
For as long as I can remember, I have been a huge fan of The Titanic story, I've watched every documentary, bought books...and while I think it should never be raised I do wish I could see it before it completely disintegrates.

Purely just one of those adventure, thrill seeking, face your fear type of things to do!...surprisingly my 9 year old seems up for it! There are several places close to us that host this fun seeking type sport so this one is definitely "do-able"!photo credit: Zip Line on Amazon.com
