Will Cayenne Pepper Cure My High Blood Pressure?
Cayenne Pepper is an amazing herbal supplement for your heart health. Since my blood pressure has been borderline high for the past ten years or so, I thought I would give it a try and see if the spice really does anything to lower it. I read from cayennepepper.info that it gives the heart the nutrients it needs to be healthy. It helps remove the plaque from your arteries that causes so many of the heart attacks in the world today. It can help the tissue that has been damaged from freezing temperatures.
There are many other claims about this plant that I really wanted to dedicate a lens to it and then keep a journal of my attempt to use it to make my body healthier. I hope you will favorite this lens and come back often to read about my progress.

A Trial of 1/2 Teaspoon of Pepper
I will be honest. I was a little afraid of how hot Cayenne Pepper was going to be when I consumed it by itself. A lot of what I was reading said I should take it in hot water. Another said I should add a squeezed half of a lemon to the hot water with the pepper in it. The one that made the most sense to me was drinking it within a glass of milk. So that is what I tried. I put a half teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper in a small glass and filled it up with milk. It didn't mix very well with the milk. So I heated it up in the microwave. It mixed a little better, but not much... So I just chugged it.I will say I have a cold today. It seemed to help the mucus a little bit. I got a dull headache within a few minutes. That might be from the cold though. and I feel a light heart burn. As for my blood pressure, I have not checked it. I will have to start checking it on a regular basis so you can see if the pepper is doing anything. Heh... Some Scientist I am, right?
