"Stop drinking the coffee!"

You've probably heard that coffee, acidic fruit and spicy foods can aggravate acid reflux. Could this be true? Acid bodies often exhibit symptoms of indigestion or symptoms of acid reflux. Although coffee is an acidic drink, it may change to mild alkaline when in the body. Is this enough to balance the acid/alkaline properties of the body? We do know it seems to product symptoms of indigestion and acid reflux. It might help to looking into green coffee beans as an option to consider.

Diet For Acid Reflux --

What Does Eating Too Much have To Do With It?

Chickens do not drink milk and I've never heard of a chicken that suffered symptoms of indigestion!! (At least none of them has ever told me they have indigestion or acid reflux.) You may have been told that drinking milk helps with acid indigestion or acid reflux, but those "wives tales" may not actually be the whole truth. Over the years, many people have trid drinking milk to ease acid reflux and indigestion, but find out all too often drinking milk just doesn't help. Let's just take a look at the issues here which stems from eating foods you may have allergies to . In other words, the higher the allergies, the more intense the symptoms. Most of the time, when I eat a big meal, it contains many different foods. Heck, when I look back at all I've eaten, sometimes I can't even remember all that has gone down my throat! How would I be able to tell which foods my stomach is having problems processing when there is so much stuff that has been dropped into it?!! It's no wonder I have "the steady drip, drip, drip of stomach acid! This brings me back to the milk issue. Milk may seem like a quick fix, but has a rebound action and would eventually encourage secretion of more stomach acid, causing more symptoms. Now doesn't it make sense to begin looking at what you are putting in to make the symptoms rather than adding more to the "garbage"? 'The first suggestion to solving this acid reflux problem is to begin adjusting your diet by eating a small meal at dinner and drinking a glass of low acidic juice or fruit such as an apple. Hey, or what about just drinking purified water? Chickens are content with just plain ol water, and I haven't heard them complain!

And They're "Easy on the pocketbook!"

So I understand symptoms of indigestion, I was once the Chick Queen of indigestion, excessive burping and excessive belching! You won't believe how easy it was to rid myself of those pesky symptoms. There were 3 things I did to improve the symptoms. They included the diet stuff Chick Chick mentioned above plus a couple of other things. Now granted, these are all acid reflux natural remedies, but not the less, they are cheap and effective, and I'm sure you won't beg to give up your money to doctors and drug stores if you don't have to. Ok, so here we go, but you'll need to read the next box for your first CHEAP remedy!

Yep, Here Come The Simple Remedies For Indigestion!

And it is so EASY!

Ok, so you are tired of looking like a chick that is ready to float into never never land! Tired of the excessive acid reflux, excessive burping and excessive belching? Well here's the scoop, there is a little valve in your stomach called the ileocecal valve. It's the tiny valve between the large and small intestine that closes to keep foods from coming up rather than going down. Now, when chick eats foods she has a mild allergy to, that valve often responds by not closing all the way. What does this mean in symptoms? If you're reading, chick chick figures you know! Anyway, go to your local chiropractor and ask him to do an adjustment to help with your symptoms of indigestion, acid reflux, excessive burping or belching. Whatever you want to call it. He can take care of it for you....remember though, if you eat those nasty huge meals and slide whatever there is on the table down into your stomach, the valve may do it's thing again! You gotta pay attention to what you eat so that old valve can get used to staying in place!

Alright, So Here Come A Couple More Tips

So my skinny chicken legs make it kinda difficult to do this next trick, but when I have indigestion, if I press a tender spot right about 1-2 inches below my knee(s) on the outside for a slow count to 20, my indigestion is improved greatly.

Oh yeah, another simple point for you, not for me, is to put tape around your foot in a specific place on your foot. I don't have enough time to explain it right now, but there is a pressure point on the outside of your foot, midway between the small toe and heel you can put a piece of tape over that will help. Chick chick learned a long time ago from a wise doctor that this was a pressure point to help the ileocecal valve to close. It does work. Took a while for me to find it on my chicken feet, but you won't have a problem.
And another thing, chicks don't usually like these tips, but ginger and sometimes apples help. Oh yeah, now these I don't mind pushing my beak into, mmm millet grains, cabbage, kidney beans, chick peas (these were not named after me), walnuts, quinoa grain, barley, papaya, sweet potatoes and carrots are really good to help the symptoms also. Some of these foods aren't foods chick chicks like to eat, but if it helps with the symptoms, well then, I figure I'd rather eat better foods than have the symptoms. It's kinda like this, eating these foods is a reality check. Just because the stuff is on the food table, doesn't mean I should let it slide down the tubes.
