My Name Is Lady and This Is My Story

Hello! My name is Lady! Bet your wondering how I got that name. Well, I'll tell ya! My previous owner found me at the pound. That's right! A pound! Can you believe it? How could somebody drop little ole' me off at the pound? Anyways! This real nice man came and got me. He must really like puppies. I am cute and adorable! He kept calling me Lady. I don't know why! Must have been my sweetness. This nice man took me to his house. At least, that's where I stayed for six whole years. He gave me everything I wanted. I mean everything! I loved him so much! He got sick, though. It was bad! He was really sick for a very long time. He stopped playing with me! I thought he was mad at me. I thought he didn't love me anymore. People that I knew, were coming over and feeding me, and taking me outside. They were trying to take care of me, but, it wasn't the same. One day, some people came and took him away. I waited and waited and waited. He didn't come back! Lots of people were coming in and out. I was so confused. I missed my friend. One day some people came and took me to their house. I didn't like it! Not at all! They didn't play with me, or brush me. I don't think they liked me. I was scared! I was lonely! I couldn't eat anymore.

My New Home

type=textWell, two weeks later, I was moving again. The man came and got me! He had to help me in the truck. It was too high for me to jump. I didn't know if he was nice or not. I just sat there like a good girl, and waited. He took me to this house. (Here we go again) He helped me out of the truck and took me inside. I looked around a bit. My friend wasn't here, either. There was a woman, sitting there, on the couch. She acted funny. Like, she was shocked or something. I walked up to her and sniffed her. I'm not scared of anything but, I was. I was scared to death. She was nice, though. She pet me and talked to me. She really smelled good. Not good enough to eat, though. I let them fuss over me, which, they did a lot. I checked the whole house out. I sniffed everywhere. I figured, I wouldn't be here very long. Boy, was I wrong! This was my new home!

Frontline Plus for Dogs

This is the only flea and tick treatment I will use on my dog. It controls infestations for up to 3 months. I use it once a month as recommended. It's so easy to use. (use only on dogs 8 weeks and older, per weight) Comes in a small applicator. Just break off the tip of applicator and apply through hair, directly to the skin. Make sure it's applied between shoulder blades.

I'm Not Gonna Eat

type=textMy new owner's were kinda funny. They kept filling my food bowl with different food. I don't know why! I'm not gonna eat any of it. I'm not hungry. I'll eat their treats though. They're to good to pass up. I haven't felt like playing and I still don't feel very hungry. The woman was getting a little tricky. She started putting little ham pieces in my food bowl. She would mix it in with the other food a little. I love ham! My favorite! I would eat the ham out of the bowl and leave the rest. I don't think they liked that too well. They started giving me little pieces of ham before meal time. That would make me really hungry. Okay! I guess i'll eat.

I Think I'll Stay

type=textI really like the man. He plays with me outside. Everywhere he goes, I go. We watch the deer at night. I wanted to chase them, but, the leash only goes so far. Bummer! The woman is nice too. I like it when she brushes me. She sprays this nice smelling stuff on me, then brushes it out. She sure does vacuum a lot. I don't know why. She's always throwing my hair away. That's my hair! I'll just shake out some more, I guess. This place is okay! I guess i'll stay for awhile. I kinda like it here. Yeah! I think i'll stay.
