My Empire Cash

There are two types My Empire cash or coins, the free ones (yellow) and PF cash (blue) (more about this later), which you can buy or complete offers to accumulate. I will focus on what you need to do to gain the maximum number of free coins possible, to accelerate your game and leave your competitors in complete awe.

1) Collecting Taxes2) Grow Your Population

By building houses and increasing the population of your empire, you will have more taxes to collect. Don't forget to keep your population happy though.

3) Visit Neighbors

Start by paying a visit to Antonius. You will get a nice boost in your coins by paying him a visit. As you interact and get neighbors, make sure that you visit them often. You will collect coins just for being neighborly. Check out their wall posts to see if they need help with their building program. You can earn coins by helping them.

4) Log In Often

You can earn coins and "Gifts from the Gods" by logging in. The more you log in the more you will earn.

5) Completing Goals

As the game progresses, goals will be set for you. If you complete the goals you will earn coins.

Earning coins is key to your progression in My Empire. While there are other strategic elements to the game, don't forget that the more coins you have the more opportunities you will have to grow your empire. If you remember to spend your coins wisely, you really will be ahead of the posse.

There are two types of cash or coins available on My Empire - My Empire Cash (Coins) and Playfish Cash (PF Cash) and I will tell you briefly about them here.

Coins: Coins are very important because it is how you will build your empire! You can earn coins by hiring tax collectors, completing goals given to you, visiting friends, and from the Gifts from the Gods you get for logging in. (see above) The coins you earn in the game (free) are yellow.

Playfish Cash: This is something you may choose to use -- or not! Playing My Empire can be completely free, but you can speed up your progress and get some really cool stuff by using Playfish cash. You will spend real money to buy coins, items, buildings, and more. Objects that require Playfish cash are designated with a blue coin. Playfish provide a variety of mechanisms( of course!) to allow you to pay for your PF cash such as credit card, Paypal, Facebook credits, and Game Card. You can also complete offers and get PF cash in return.
