Everyone has the answer to the question, What's the best way to lose fat and keep it off? The problem with most of the answers is that they are unworkable, put us through too much pain and discomfort or someone's answer may just be a sales ploy to get you to buy their diet drink, pill or whatever.All diet programs claim to have the answer. All of the above methods may provide short term results but to really lose weight and keep it off you will need to make a lifestyle change. I know you are thinking this sounds hard. It isn't nearly as difficult as you think.
To change your lifestyle you should first think about the word diet differently than you probably do now. In the U.S. when we think diet we think about something that we do temporarily to lose weight. This is the wrong way to think about it. Your diet is not something you do to lose weight, rather it is the "sum of the food you consume".
Once you start thinking about your diet in the correct way you will need to also start exercising. Ok, don't panic. I don't mean you have to run 5 miles a day, lift weights and totally wear your body out. Quite the contrary, exercise simply means we will find an activity that you can do for about 20 - 30 minutes per day. The key to this exercise is to get you to sweat a little bit and breath just a bit faster. That's all it means. I will help you determine an exercise program that is right for you and enjoyable.

2. Change What You Drink Everyday - Cut down on or stop drinking alcohol, sodas and coffee. Instead drink lots of water and green tea.
3. Leave The Processed Foods At The Store - Instead opt for fresh vegetables. Also increase good carbohydrate intake, such as rice and oats. Your energy levels will improve.

Start by replacing just one soda per day for two days, then replace another. Treat other changes in the same manner and you will be more successful with your new lifestyle.
