Cat Lovers Identify with Cats and Enjoy Valentines with Adorable Cat Images

As a greeting card buyer for ten years in a store where people bought cards by the handful, I noticed I'm not the only one who likes cats on my cards, mugs, mouse pads, and other household, office, and clothing items. Many of us in this world think a "Meow!" is more romantic than a bark or hoot or squeak. There may be other faithful and magnificent animals, but many of us think cats offer the best images for expressing our emotions most eloquently. And most of us have friends, family members and lovers who also respond favorably to cats when they are represented in a gift.

For this reason, I have combed Zazzle for the best Valentine gifts and cards that feature cats. Some are original art works. Some are photographs. Many styles and breeds of cats are represented. You are sure to find one that can help you express yourself on Valentine's Day -- whether to your spouse, a significant other, a friend, a co-worker, or a family member. We should express our love and caring to all who matter on Valentine's Day.

Who gets Valentine cards or gifts from you?

As far as you're concerned, does only a love interest or spouse need a Valentine from you? Or do you remember special friends or family members as well?

This blank card has all sorts of Valentine possibilities.

Make it yours on line or by writing your personal note inside.

Why wait until the last minute to pick up your Valentine card or gift? It limits your choices, since at the last minute the best gifts and cards are often sold out in your local stores. Why not get next year's Valentines now while you're here and you're thinking about it?

Countdown to Valentine's Day

Valentine's Day: February 14, 2013

Blank cards let you personalize your Valentine.

Sometimes it's hard to find a card that says just what you want it to. The picture may be great but the text just isn't "you." Maybe it's too corny or too flowery, or funny when you'd rather be serious or serious when you'd rather be funny. The beauty of the blank card is that you can supply the words. Here are some blank cat cards that are very appropriate for conveying your unique Valentine message. Some have a few words on the cover, but the insides are blank for your message.

Valentine's Day is a good reminder to let all your loved ones know you love them.

That means close friends, husbands, wives, parents, grandparents, children, and anyone else who has a part of your heart. Don't let this day pass without letting them know how important they are to you.

Cat Valentines with Text Inside

Of course, you can change it to suit yourself.

I have looked through over 1,200 cat Valentines to save you the trouble. You are sure to find one that either is already perfect or one you can customize to make perfect. (You will notice I did not say "purrfect." After ten years of buying cards for my store, it's a word I'm tired of. I try to pick cards that are more original, and I've seen some variation of "purrr-fect at least 100 times in my search. ) One of these cards should help you express your sentiments and still come across as you.

Why not use a special cat Valentine postage stamp to mail your card?

Something that can be used every day as a reminder of your love

Black cat with Valentine Gift Bag

Maybe you plan to wine and dine your love or buy expensive jewelry. But maybe the budget's tight this year or you're not quite ready to express your devotion with silver, gold, or diamonds. Maybe you need something for a special friend or a co-worker who's become a friend. The gifts below can be just right in such cases. And they won't break the bank.

A Cat Valentine mug makes a great gift.

Favorite mugs are used daily and thus can be a constant reminder of your love and friendship. I love it when someone gives me a mug with a message, and I treasure each one I get.

How about a Cat Puzzle?

When it's worked, it can be framed.

These are some of my favorites. Many of these can be customized to feature your own cat (or any other picture) by clicking the customize button under the product picture. Then, on the right, you will be given the option to change the picture or add text to any of these.
