A Tribute To An Extraordinary Squidoo Lens Maker

Sometimes you just need to do something new, something different. Not want to, but need to, for thehealth of your basic core essence.
I chanced upon Squidoo. I did a Google search for ways to make money and came across Squidoo as a suggestion. After investigating, I tried it out and made my first lens. It was really fun and challenging to commit the time needed. Each day after, I waited . . . and waited . . . and waited, and NO one stopped by, not one visitor! So I edited it . . . and I edited it again and again. Still, no one, then she stepped into my life! This angel of mercy! This wonderful Human being! Not only did she stop by, but she commented! With the simplicity of a neighborly hello, she encouraged me and made the whole process a glowing success!

I was actually tearing up, I was so happy, even now as I write this I can't stop smiling! I am very excited! Not just about the next lens, but the next step, the next project, the next journey of my life. I'm not the same. This was the straw that broke the back of fear, complacency and self doubt! No matter how many self help books I have read, this small act of kindness was life changing! I wanted to give her the biggest hug ever! It seems so simple, but isn't that a necessary, and oft times missing component of our lives; the expression of simple, decent, human interaction, fueled by the desire to encourage, respect and promote life?

Therefore, then let It be completely resolved; in the effort to promote the continuation and growth of the expressions of simple, decent, human interaction, fueled by the conscientious Squidooers desire to encourage, respect and promote life; that a clear and specific tribute and acknowledgement of Squidoo lensmaster Cercis's actions be noted and rewarded. Therefore, be it known and made firm that I, Perry Benard, being of renewed mind, excited heart and energized spirit do this day, February 6, 2012 proclaim this to be a day of remembrance and observance and that all Squidooers should have a GOOD day and visit Squidoo lenses over the whole of the Squidoo kingdom leaving messages of kind and encouraging words; furthermore, let it be duly noted and made resolute that Squidoo lensmaster Cercis be granted the exalted title and sure station of "High Commentator Of Kind And Encouraging Words To New Sqiudooers And Their Lenses" in honor of her actions on Feb 3, 2012 @ 8:02 pm
