My Flower Photography

Ranked #26,553 in Home & Garden, #409,475 overall

And a few extras

Not many people know this, but I love to take pictures. I am completely an amateur and I don't have a fancy camera...but so what. Photography doesn't have to be all about composition and lighting all the time. I just find a shot I think will be pretty and take it. It makes me happy and I love seeing my results. Here are a few of the pictures I have taken around my yard. I hope you enjoy them.

This is a picture of a couple of tulips in my front yard. I love when they bloom and they are my favorite thing to photograph.

This is a white rose. It's a simple picture but I just love how it shows the depth of the flower.

Holographic lampshade

What is that?

This is a picture I took that I think looks pretty cool. I want to know if you can figure out what it is. Leave your guess in the plexo below. If you can't think of a guess, vote up your favorite.

This is a Hibiscus I have in the front of my house. I tweeked the color settings a bit. I think it's more interesting this way.

This is the inside of a red tulip. I love the bold colors of this picture. It's simple and complex at the same time.

This is a pink and white tulip from my yard. I just think it's pretty.
