The New Piano
By: TheMeadMan
So I found a piano on kijiji that the owners wanted gone, they didn't care how, they just wanted it gone. I picked up the piano brought it back to my apartment and found it was in really good condition. Now I have set out to learn to play the piano. I am no musician, I can play a song or two on the cello, but that's it. This is lens is dedicated to my journey into becoming a piano player.

My Musical Background
Ok, I have to be honest here, I have no musical background.
So why did I get a piano?
Well it was free, and my girlfriend DOES play and wanted a new one. I figured it would be good to learn.
Musical skill has always been one of those skills I admire in others. I generally admit I can't carry a tune in a bucket, but I've always wanted to be able to play music. So I began a journey to learn to read music and play instruments. I am 37 years old, so if I can do it anyone can.

Will I do it?
Will I learn to play the piano successfully?

Ya, most likely
