My Reiki and Spiritual Journey

My journey began in 1994. I was in a woman's group. Many of the women decided to get a reiki attunement so I did too. I got reiki level I and II and until 2007 that is what I was. I became a reiki master in 2007.

I had a reiki treatment done on me before I got an attunement. I could tell some kind of energy was there and it was healing.

Once I could do reiki also I did it on me and others any time I could.
I used to have asthma and reiki could make it so I could breathe better when I would do reiki on me.

It works well on helping headaches and migraines go away fairly quickly.

It is not a magic cure however and will not instantly take cancer from the body. What it does is helps people on the etheric fields, the energy before it goes into being a physical illness in us.

Once you are reiki level II you are taught symbols. I like to use the cho ku rei often. It makes your reiki much more powerful when you use the symbols. Taking the symbol to the 10th power just makes it that much more powerful.

We took aura pictures of us before and after a reiki treatment and you could actually see that our auras were different. I can't find my after reiki picture but you can see the before shot on my I can see your true colors in your aura lens.

I have helped people's headaches and my own go away. I have had pain in my body ease from the use of reiki. I have helped others feel better with reiki. We use it on our pets as well. It is more intense for pets than humans. They are very sensitive to energy.

I learned hypnotherapy with Sally. I took her class and learned techniques and how to do hypnotherapy. I do past life regression, future life progression and also reprogramming the subconscious.

About Sally

Dr. Cernie received her Master's and Doctorate Degrees in Counseling Psychology from the Newport International University and a staff member of University for Humanistic Studies . She also has a degree as a Psychiatric Technician (CPT).

She has worked at numerous hospitals including the Neuro-Surgical Psychological Institute and Fairview Developmental Center. She is an Examiner with the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners, a member in good standing with the Society of Medical Hypnoanalysts, the National Guild of Hypnotists, the International Association of Counselors and Therapists and the International Hypnosis Federation. She is the co-author of a book, "Seven Simple Steps to Self-Esteem."

She was not my reiki teacher. However the woman's group was hers. She was my teacher along my spiritual journey. She does healing heart retreats as well as other retreats.

Kathryn Leeman

Kathryn does past life regression, hypnotherapy and many different things.

I used to go to a Satsang group she did as well as many other of her groups. It is an awesome energy to meditate as a group.

She also did 11:11 ceremonies. I participated in one or two of them.

Frank is a very nice guy. He does healing in Re Hu Tek. I don't know alot about Re Hu Tek, but I definately felt the power of the energy healing he did when I went to a small group he held one night.

Frank is another healer/teacher you might want to go see. He did a channeling that I attended. It was very interesting.

Check him out if are in his area. I think you can call him no matter where you are.

My ex husband and I went to this lady. I have never felt reiki like she did. It was an awesome energy through her hands that brought up emotions in me that were like tidal waves causing crying fits and issues to come up that I had not known were there. Once the tears were spent I felt so clear and lighter than I had in years. Her healing was just an awesome experience! She also told me things about me she could not have known. She mentioned past life stuff as well related to my ex husband, telling me I had lost him in a past life and saw me grieving over him as I stood at Stonehenge. She tapped into my thyroid disorder I have and told me to have it checked. Turns out months later my medication needed adjusted. A very unique and interesting experience.
