The first step in curing stress is to find out the possible causes and reason behind its emergence. The symptom of the stress may be obvious but one may take that for granted. People have different ways of managing stress; some eat when in stress, some sleep while other watches their favourite movie. Make good friends but avoid all those who make you stressful. If you can't escape them then reduce time spending with them.
During discussion, don't include topic which raise you stress level. Politics and religious topics are normally argument generated topic and many people get upset after discussing them. Thus avoid such gatherings.
Altogether chance your focus towards life. If some situation bothers or teases you, then change your feeling and perceptions towards them say openly to the other party about your concern and avoid such situations.
The person sometimes has to adopt himself according to the ongoing situations. Thus if avoiding stress becomes impossible for you, and then make your own self immune to it. Change your attitude and behavior towards people and enjoy people's company.
Indulge yourself in some fun and entertaining activities to keep the mind busy from thinking about possible stress. Do what you like to do. Make fun an essential component of your life.
