Is It Really Worth It To Quit Smoking?

The good news is that after 10 years or so your health will more than likely be back to that of someone who had never smoked and the pre-cancerous cells will have been replaced.
After all this is the beginning of a new life where you will become healthier and be able to achieve more without the need for a crutch to get you through the day. It is a path to freedom and all the other benefits that come with quitting smoking including more disposable income.
