My Top 100 Keywords
Many of these phrases will make great lens. They all have at least 50 searches a day and if you optimize well you should beat the competition.
My information comes from many sources and it would unfair on keyword search companies to provide information on particularly phrases, but there are a number of good companies, one of which you should be using if you are serious about SEO.
Wordtracker, Keyword Elite, Nichebot and Adsense Accelerator are all excellent, but if you cannot afford them, Google's external keyword tool will provide you with a lot of information.

What Are Long Tail Keywords
and why use them.
Using a popular keyword with a lot of competition is unlikely put you on the first page of Google and therefore bring much traffic to your site. Unless you have excellent back links, using a popular phrase such as "airline tickets" will mean your site is buried. On the other hand, while a phrase like "dirt cheap airline tickets" has less searches, it also has less competition. Additionally using such an exact phrase means you can provide the information your visitor is looking. It is easier to rank on the first pages of a search engine, and get traffic with long tail phrases, than popular phrases.
If you are having trouble getting traffic, stop trying to compete with the big boys, there's plenty left once you understand the long tail traffic secrets.
