No matter what the others might say, I still feel lucky that my love story started out this way. If i didn't click the enter button on that specific day in that specific chatroom, I would have probably never met the person who is know the love of my life. There is something special about the way we met even though distance was between us right from the start.

I am glad that Internet was invented and that I was inspired enough to use it because otherwise my beautiful my love story wouldn't have started. Destiny helped us to find each other in a modern way that was inaccesible decades ago. If any of you is curious how can two people connect so well behind their computer screens, the answer is obvious.

Therefore, my love story is even more similar to the one of others who also found their love on the Internet. We first started talking as friends, no more and no less. The topics were variate and we always had something to talk about. The best moment of the day was when I came home and I found him online.

When my love started

type=textI wanted to share everything that happened during the day with him and so did he. I can honestly say that my love story started the minute I started talking to him because I realized how much we have in common and how easy it is for both of us to open up in front of each other and confess things than we wouldn't normally say to persons that we know for the first time.

The first thing I loved about him was the fact he was amusing. I loved the fact that my love story was going out that way because I needed someone in my life to make me smile. Everytime I was in front of my computer, I kept smiling, making my family wonder what is the thing that brings that huge smile on my face.

I was afraid of friends opinion

I have to say that I first didn't talk with my friends about my love story because I was afraid of their opinion. I didn't want to be judget by anyone, especially since I was going through the happiest moments of my life. I didn't want them to be ruined by people who couldn't understand this wonderful thing about Internet.

But then the love story of me and my boyfriend turned into something even more real because the two of us met and after a year, we moved in together. My friends didn't have time to judge, seeing us already happy in love and now I'm still living the best time of my life with the one that I randomly met online.

    It's not similar, but it was pretty much love at first sight. We went to different colleges our freshman year--just a month after we met--and nearly everyone voiced their opinion that it wouldn't work--or pointed out that most long-distance college relationships don't work (which is pretty much the same thing, you Negative Nancies! hahaha)--so I relate to the not wanting to tell people part. We've been together (faithfully) nine years now.
