    This sounds great, and the recipes sound yummy. Nice way to sneak in some sorta-icky-but-super-healthy veggies in a drink that tastes fruit. Nice lens!

    Are there any harmful results of consuming blended fruits and Vegetables, anything released when blended, any digestive issues?

    I use my Vitamix 5200 almost daily, its great tool to have in your kitchen. This is a really well put together lense, great job!
