Picture a cold,rainy and windy day.You just finished your day at work and
are back home from a long commute.
Do you really feel like cooking?
I doubt it very much.

Ladle gravy over the fries and cheese, and serve immediately.
That's all there is to it.
It's not the prettiest dish to look at, but surely one of the tastiest and satisfying one.

Soup Is Another Comforting Thing That I Love
Delicious Cream Of Brocoli SoupCREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP
1 pkg frozen chopped broccoli
(or fresh)
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1 can chicken broth, 14 oz
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Cook broccoli until thawed and drain well.
Saute onion and celery in butter until tender.
Stir in flour and cook until creamy.
Add milk and broth in gradual amounts stirring after each addition.
Heat and stir until thickened and smooth.
Add seasonings and drained broccoli.
Simmer 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add cheese and stir until melted.
