1 pkg frozen chopped broccoli
(or fresh)
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour

1 can chicken broth, 14 oz
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
