Day 3- Jumping Gleefully Into The Arms of EFT

Day 3 of the 45 Day Boundless Living challenge brought me closer to the joy that is EFT- or emotional freedom techniques. Following some great teachers like Brad Yates, I was able to literally TAP my way through a great day.

On Day 3, I put into action my plan to become more proficient at Squidoo. I believe Squidoo creates wonderful opportunities for those who want to be wacky wild web warriors- and well, I want to be one of those WWWWs!!

I Want To Build A Steady Online Income So That I Can Return to China To Teach and Live.

My intention that I remind myself of every single day.

Tapping My Way Through Insomnia

One of the obstacles I've been having in this challenge is my frustration over my insomnia. For some reason, my allergies get really bad in the house where I'm staying. So, I turned to EFT for some help. I didn't do it as much as I wanted to since I did it right before sleep but falling asleep was much less frustrating this time.

By the way, Tapping and The Law of Attraction go together perfectly. If you want to identify your resistances to the success that you want, then tapping can help with that- and then help you to reduce the effects that resistance has on you. That's why I love this technique!

My 45 Day Challenge Blog Posts

Throughout the challenge, I am going to update all of my lenses with links to my blog posts that I made on the 45 Day Boundless Living Challenge website so that at any time you can click back and forth to see where I've been and where I'm going.
Day 1-2: Global Intentions
In this blog posting, I make it very clear just what my intention for this challenge is. Just so you know, I want to build a stable online income so that I can go back to China to teach and live!
Day 2: Letting Go Of Impatience
In this blog post, I talked about how The Sedona Method brought up my feelings of impatience. I've realized that impatience is resistance to accepting what I want so I was able to work on it through the day via The Sedona Method.
Day 3: Showing Abundance Through Web 2.0
In this post, I gave a link to the first Lens I made about The 45 Day Boundless Living challenge. I talked about how much that meant to me to do that.
Day 4: A Doozy Of A Start To The Day
This blog post was a difficult one to write because I was working through the negative thinking I had on this day. With the help of my friend Michy Devon, I was able to get some really positive changes. Read on!

In The Spotlight: Conversations With God

During the challenge, I'm going to be putting up recommendations of book that have come up in conversations or that I want to focus on.

Conversations with God : An Uncommon Dialogue (Book 1)

In my comments on this day, I had a couple of people mention how much this book has helped them. One of my friends from the challenge, Ali Brit, had this to say:

"Nothing happens by coincidence, what will come, will come."

Writing Through The Challenge

I'm Asking And It Will Come- I'm Open And Accepting

For me, the blog on the Boundless Living 45 Day challenge website has been a great project. I can tell that I make it a priority to get it updated and to put myself out there. I'm asking the Universe to provide me with more blogging opportunities and a wealth of ideas to write and share about. I want to do this because I know through my own personal insights- I'll be able to inspire those who want to experience their own transformation.

What I Know Now

What I gathered from this day is that I need to practice EFT on a daily basis to see the benefits that I would like from it. It can't be a little bit here, a little bit there- it requires dedication and I've reached a point in my life where I'm ready to give it that focus.

Gratitude

I'm also going to make it more of a point to express gratitude during this challenge. On Day 3, I was so grateful for the ability to learn from some wonderful people on YouTube about EFT. I was thankful for the time I had to work on my Squidoo lens and for all the people that visited.

Thanks for reading!

Great lens on the power of keeping our balance between mind, body, and spirit. I favor EFT as well as Yoga, Tai Chi, Reiki, meditation, and prayer. Please see how I try to help others in new ways too. Sincerely: Gary Eby, author and therapist.
