If any of you struggle as I do (and a few friends) with reactions to chemical fragrances, you'll love both the Fair trade line and the Fragrance Free line as well. Not to be confused with unscented, these actually take on the scent of the natural ingredients within. I personally find them to be mild and well tolerated by even my most sensitive companions. Guess what?
I love it too! Tip: I used to hate applying liquid eyeliner until I learned to apply close to the lash line, in short strokes. Then you go back over it and connect. Also, until you get the hang of it you can apply regular eyeliner underneath to help hide your mistakes.

So glad you posted your question! That additional charge sure looks suspicious doesn't it? Did you place an order recently? What typically happens is they pre-approve your card for a certain amount, then when it actually ships and tax is calculated it adds the additional charge.
When you get your order, however, your invoice should reflect the sum total of those two amounts. If you review your invoice, you will see that the amount is correct once you add the tax and any shipping. Make sense? If that is NOT the case please feel free to contact me again, (at) myMarkrep(at)gmail.com with all the details. I'll do my best to help. There should also be a toll-free number on your invoice.
Please rest assured that the same thing appears on my invoices. It takes a little math but it has always been reconciled. I always use a credit card so it could be slightly different for debit card users.

Trouble finding what you need?

First off, did you know that simply having a regular routine is your best defense? What do you find prevents you from washing regularly (morning & night)? Is it convenience? Do you enjoy the process? Myself, I found that for some reason the typical methods weren't working for me. Sure, when I'm in the shower my cleanser & scrubs are there so that's easy but at night before bed I just wasn't faithful about removing each day's makeup & grime. My solution was to cave in and buy the disposable type remover wipes. I vary the ones I use and yes mark offers some great ones, but I tend to switch it up. I've also used the Kirkland brand, Ponds, and occasionally the Olay. I love not getting my hairline all wet and splattering water all over the sink. As well as the ease of eye makeup removal with those. In the shower, I keep mark's "That's Deep" or "Calming Effect" as well as our finely textured & gentle Almond Scrub.
If you have more sensitive or acne prone skin you may need to choose a regimen and stick to it. Constantly switching or adding new products can exacerbate redness and flare-ups. Please inquire for suggestions for your skin type.
Cool weather is brutal on my hands, but this year I am loving the 'Big Fix' multi-use balm. The chamomile scent is a little different but pleasant. Recently, dealing with a few chemical sensitivities of my own and some new friends with extreme reactions has limited my ability to use anything with synthetic fragrances. Our Fragrance-Free and Fair Trade lines have been a life saver. Of course, Aveeno's Fragrance-Free (FF) 'Intense Relief' is also very good. But I prefer the natural & light scent of mark's FF Body Lotion & the 'Big Fix' balm. However, the degree of reactions vary widely so you'll need to use your own experience (if you're the one with the sensitivities) or consult those individuals for details on to what affects them the most. Do you have anyone with chemical sensitivities in your life?
