My heart is healthy. I eat and exercise to maintain my healthy heart. I have cleared the arteries of all detrimental plaque and keep my heart healthy using the power of positive thoughts and healthy routines. I believe and so it is.

My prayers and positive thoughts determine my being. I am living in a positive light! My LIFE is good and I am grateful for my good health of mind, body and spirit.

I AM DEBT FREE!

Every winter here in TN, I say, "next winter I am going to spend the cold months in FL". So, that's what I intend to do. I would like it to be in Gainesville, but wherever is best for me, is where I want to be.

Gainesville is nice because I'd be near family and when any of the grandkids go to the U of F, they could spend their 'getting adjusted time', with me.

I am comfortably settled in right after Christmas, before the cold icy fingers come swooping into TN, I keep my apartment in TN. It is safe and secure.

My FL home has a very nice lake view, is near a golf course, because I am playing golf again. It has two bedrooms, two baths and is easy to care for.

My winter home in FL is safe, secure and I live in it with good health.

For a long time I have been wanting to buy land and create a McCauley Tree of Life Park. I would plant a tree for each of my children and hopefully they would plant one for each of theirs. I envision it going on for generations. Even wrote a little story about it.

"Where are we going Daddy?"
"I told you sweetie, to planet earth!"
"Why are we going there?"
"To plant a tree. You see sweetie, many, many generations ago, your great, great, great Grandmother Mary started a Tree of Life Park. She planted a tree for each of her children, and they planted trees for theirs and so it has continued for all these generations. Now we are going there to plant one for you."
"Are we there yet, Daddy?"
"No Darling, but soon."
"Daddy!"
"Yes!"
"What's a tree?"

My son Steve died a few years ago and now I add another section to The McCauley Tree of Life Park--it is, The McCauley 'Memorial Spot for Remembrance'. There are trees for Steve and his dad, Paul J. McCauley.

I enjoy a regular workout routine 5 days a week and results are amazing. Improved heart health, stronger muscles, less belly fat and clearer, healthier arteries. It is fantastic and I'm enjoying it thoroughly.

Working out is a pleasurable part of my day.
